Judge Peter Fauver of NH superior court is a criminal that violates the Constitution and no one does anything. The News Media will not print the opinion of the public because they agree with or are afraid of the judicial system. The NH Governor Lynch refuses to speak with me, yet he has no trouble stopping my VA medical care for injuries I received during combat support missions. Are these trusted government officials so naïve that they believe my words will never be heard. You have illegally taken my freedom, money, friends, public volunteer work, health and much more to stop me. I continue because government is here to serve the people. In writing, I stated criminal violations of the Constitution by Fauver, Madbury NH officials and others only to have the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear the Case. File # 2003-0477. I clearly identify my self because I have not violated the law and the truth must be told no matter what (they)our government does to me.

It is not like Fauver, Lynch, news media and others do not see my letters. I every day send a copy to all. If slander or other non truth’s were stated legal action would be taken to stop me. To keep the public silent these trusted officials violate the law and Constitution with out hesitation. As a 100% disabled Veteran I have no place to go. People are afraid (even after I inform them) to speak up, for fear of what is happening to me that they will be next. NH goes so far as to use the State Police to harass and intimidate my family at work and home. The local police and sheriff arrest (oh sorry) detain me as a routine to attempt to scare me to stop publicly stating the truth. Is Fauver’s crimes a door to opening larger crimes ? We the people must look and decide if government wrongs have gone so far that innocent people are abused for the good of a special class of society.

What I have openly exposed in this letter has been stated in many letters and official court and government documents. I do not attempt to hide my identity. The Equal treatment of all citizens is what is at stake here. I expect that the Strafford county Sheriff or State police will detain me for this letter. My words will some day be heard in every house hold in the world because as a United States Marine my country comes first above all else. NH Governor Lynch and Judge Peter Fauver hear my words “I will not stop short of death” The Constitution is the Supreme Law to protect the people against the criminal acts that you have committed here.

The dollar has reached an all time low against the Euro. The U.S. is the finest country in the world because it is a government of the people for the people. The U.S. has been going down hill because so few have taken so much power not all the citizens receive equal treatment any more. The average citizen is afraid to speak up for fear of loosing what little they may now have. Law enforcement is now used to intimidate and harass to control the public into submission rather than protect and serve. The news now censors the truth to enhance the public image of police and government officials. Courts now manipulate justice to build the prosecutor’s case. Prosecutor’s no longer care of guilt or innocents, win at any cost. Juries are now deciding verdicts on the amount of harm a prosecutor can defame a defendants character, to win with no evidence. The public is willing to allow a disabled Veteran’s medical care to be used as a weapon to stop this Veteran’s free speech on criminal judges and government officials. The dollar now, later we will be Euro servers.

I volunteer my time to help others. I gain no benefit for my efforts to speak up and inform the public the truth. The VFW and American Legion take shelter rather than help a Veteran. The NH government and courts violate the law to silence me. Suicide why not. Discrimination is so rampart in NH, committed by law enforcement, courts, government and others freedom no longer exists. NH has gone so low to use a veteran’s health care as a weapon and no one cares. This is the most outrageous crime ever. I have volunteered every day since I came back in 74 helping others. I volunteer for a selfish reason. I need to give respect for all those that died defending this nation over it’s history. Many better others gave their lives so that we could all be treated equal by the law and government. I wish that I had died some 30 + years ago in the “Bush” because now I would be forgotten as society now forgets the homeless Veterans and the Veterans returning that need medical care.

The U.S. has reached an all time low. The News media has so little ethics they dream up excuses why not to print the opinion of a Veteran. Freedom of the press is protected by the backs of our children as they earned the right to be called Veterans. Suicide by veterans is called for because you the U.S. stick a knife in our backs when we come home. NH thinks so little of a disabled Veteran the NH governor will not speak to me. We gave our lives so the other 90% U.S. citizens could live free.

I was proud when the Veterans Today Web Magazine asked me to be a staff writer. Maybe now my words will be heard. For months my articles every day were place on the front page. My readership started with the average number of readers as all the other more experienced writers got everyday. Soon it was decided to place my articles in my own section. I no longer can tell the number of readers but I do get many calls and e-mails from others whom care. I write about Veterans and how we are treated when returning from service. I write about the discrepancies between the great life of those that never served, but went to college and the homeless, medically deprived child that came home to a society that would not accept them and did not belong in. I write about how suicide is a Veteran’s escape from the echoes of war that society can not even imagine.

Today I want to mention Paul Newell. I have never met this man. I believe he is a Canadian whom believes helping American Veterans is his life’s work. He started a nature recovery center for Veterans to relearn life and society. Some day I hope to meet and attend Paul’s place. I learned of Paul through Veterans Today magazine. Paul is from a different country but he sees how the U.S. isolates, degrades and ignores returning military personal. I do not claim to be some great person. I can talk about the mental anguish’s haunting returning Veteran’s because I in my own way relieve them in my head. When I came home some 30 years ago my first kill was my dirty little secret. It haunts me every day. The problem is I am not ashamed or feel guilty for taking another human beings life. I feel like an out cast of society because to kill with out emotion, civilized people just do not do. Only 11% of our U.S. children join the military. The rest of you thrive off what these children do for you, yet you degrade and treat your trash better.

I am not good enough for the Governor of NH to speak with. NH has placed me at the lowest level of below the trash possible . I have violated no laws. I volunteer to help others every single day since I came back. NH stopped my medical care to defeat me. No one cares NH Violated the law to intentionally harm a Veteran. You are right! We the children that become Veterans did do things that society can not accept but we did it for you. You did not have the guts to protect and defend the nation that gives you everything.

I say to all those that ask me to stop e-mailing them, to write your local newspapers and to the NH governor and tell them. I send out so many e-mails each day with the click of a button I would have no way of knowing what your address is or how to delete it. Any how, you are the people that I volunteer to help. You don’t appreciate it or even realize the magnitude of the criminal violations by Judge Fauver, NH government or public officials and the police. U.S. congresswoman NH Shea-Porter filed a false police complaint to get me arrested. The Dover and Lee NH police refuse to allow me to file one against her because of her position. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violates the Constitution to intentionally harm U.S. citizens and no one wants to stop him. It is not like I just make these statements up. They are all documented and truthful. The courts and government can not shut me up with out making the situation public so they stop my VA medical. I was injured defending this great nation three separate times.

The newspapers believe censorship is the best way to please the ones with power. Yet they cry the loudest when someone with power infringes on their rights. Newspapers are now crying because reader ship is down yet they still refuse to print the truth. It is not like the public across the U.S. has not been made aware of the criminal violations of our Constitution by Judge Fauver and others in NH. The public is just afraid of the people with power (our government). The NH citizens are the ones being deprived of the truth. I send out so many e-mails to judges, NH government officials, police, Sheriff’s, newspapers and many others. The NH State Police and now the Sheriff’s office harass my family and me but stop short of making this situation public. Everyone has a copy of my letters yet they can not stop them because they are the truth.

I have total amnesia from one of my accidents. I remember nothing about NH or the people in it prior to the Marine Corps. I dreamed every day while over there of at least living long enough to see the U.S. once before I died for her. I can under stand why so many returning Veterans commit suicide. We just to not belong back in the “world”. The newspapers allow the NH government, courts, police and others to use my VA medical as a weapon to shut me up. The Pain in my head back and body has gotten so bad that I wish that that child I stuck my bayonet in, had killed me instead. I see his face every day and now I ask my self why? Veterans give their lives for the United States of America and you allow the returning ones to go homeless or with out medical care. You allow NH to use a persons medical care illegally to harm a fellow citizen. I say to all you have no idea what you are letting slip away.

Our Government in NH is so screwed up that the Sheriff Deputy puts in writing “Let me remind you that criminal prosecution could result if your letters are deemed to be either threatening or harassing in nature”. Moby Dick was deem threatening. I was arrested last week (Oh sorry Detained). Technically neither because the legal system allows the police to call you up and tell you they are coming to get you and ask if you would prefer to drive in rather than be embarrassed in front of family, friends and neighbors. It is the same. They sit you in a chair and question you aggressively, lying to you, getting angry, feeding you water to enhance the need to pee, and after three hours the interrogation ends because you refuse to say anything provoked so that they can arrest you. Is it harassment to inform a superior court judge that he has violated the constitution to intentionally harm natural born U.S. citizens? Are we not a government of “We the People”? What right does a Sheriff office have to send a letter threaten a voting resident to curtail free speech?

What right does the NH government have to violate the law and no one will speak up. I volunteer my time to help others. I have violated not laws. The NH state police, sheriff’s office, state and federal government officials and more have criminally violated the Constitution to protect Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts. I documented these criminal acts in a NH Supreme Court case File # 2003-0477 and the Supreme court refused to do anything. I refuse to stop volunteer fighting for this Madbury NH family because the law must protect us all equally. The Fact is that I can Document U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter filing a false police complaint against me to get me arrested. When that did not work she had a VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders with out merit to stop my letters. When that failed the director of NH Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical to stop my letters. These are criminal acts that the Sheriffs office and others are criminally protecting Judge Fauver and others to prevent the truth from coming out. I talk personally to the NH governor and he is completely blind to the criminal acts against the peace and dignity of the State of NH and The United States of America. I am a 100% disabled U.S. Marine. Two of my three injuries came during separate combat support missions. To stop my medical to protect a criminal judge and others must be against the law yet no one will speak up. NH Governor takes my phone # last week and tells me that he will call. The Sheriff’s office last week takes illegal action to attempt to scare a voting resident for what I believe is the demented illegal actions of Judge Peter Fauver, by the now gusto legal system. The public is so afraid of losing everything they are unwilling to speak openly. The perfect example is my situation. I spoke when Fauver violated the Constitution 29 or more times to protect the Madbury selectmen’s criminal acts of discrimination and miss use of the courts. The NH Supreme Court’s primary job is to protect the individuals from government violations of the Constitution and they refuse to hear the case. NHSC file # 2003-0477. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter files false criminal complaint against me to put me in jail to stop my letter to the editor. She uses her powers to have a VA Dr Biswas file commitment orders to put me in the funny farm to stop my letter to the editor. The NH VA director of NH Veteran’s medical care stops my VA medical for service connected disabilities to stop my letter. Judges and government officials are violating the law to inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled Veteran and every one is afraid to speak up. NH Governor Lynch promised if elected he will bring ethics back to NH government. The problem is his mail is censored before he gets it. This way the criminal government officials are protected and we the public are dominated. The News media uses censorship to prevent the public’s opinion to be published as a means to control public opinion.

I am not mad or dangerous. I have violated no laws. I openly state facts to attempt to openly discuss criminal wrongs committed by government officials including Judge Peter Fauver. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict disabled. I was injured three times, twice in separate combat support missions. I volunteer every day to make our nation a better place. Am I such a bad person that government officials are allowed to inflict pain and suffering because I am just not worth life. I have asked the VA suicide hot line to stop calling me every day many times but they don’t. This is harassment but with all the other illegal acts who in the United States cares. This illustrates the reason why so many U.S. military returning Veterans go homeless or without medical care. We give our lives to make this nation better for the individuals and you dismiss us as undesirable leeches on society. I volunteer so I get nothing for my speaking up. I speak up because it is every individuals obligation to correct the wrongs in government even with our lives. How may hours before my freedom is taken again by the gusto legal criminals. The NH VA Director of Medical care, conspiring with U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter of NH to use my medical condition to harm me. No one wants to listen. The VA sends the local police to my house to chain and shackle me in front of friends, family and neighbors on bogus charges. No one cares The VA runs a large bill up at the local hospital and sticks my family with paying the bill. No one Cares. The NH VA director stops my VA medical care for injuries received as a U.S. Marine, two of the three are received during combat support missions. The NH governor sends the state police to harass my family at work and home. The sheriff’s dept for what I believe is Judge Peter Fauver’s demented attempt to cover up constitutional crimes harasses me. To harass me further the VA calls me wanting to talk about suicide. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family expose an injustice and every one is silent when government officials criminally violate the law to harm me. I volunteer thousands of hours every year since 1974 helping people in need. Rich or poor, Black or white anyone that needed help I volunteered my time. I am 100% disabled but helping others is my way of being grateful for coming back alive. Many better men than I died (some in my presents) they should have been aloud to live. They could have offered much more than I to the “world”. It is not just me though. The United States like I read in the paper “Fort Lauderdale Florida wants to export homeless Veterans because they down grade the quality of life for the rich condo owners. No one Cares. Censor the truth and hope the Veteran commits suicide.

On about my third convoy as American advisor from Royal Thai Air Force Base Uborn Thailand we stopped deep in the bush for the night in a friendly village. Around mid-night some time I went out side to wash up. I was captured by and taken some distance from the village. I was tied up and placed by a camp fire where two of the three sat watching me, drinking rice wine. The third took my M-16 and walked guard just out side the light of the camp fire. When the two fell asleep at the camp fire I freed my hands and snuck off. I hid in the dark until the one walking guard came near. I stuck the bayonet up under the rib cage and twisted. I then realized as the body fell away from me that he was only ten or twelve years old. I relive this event every day since I came back. It does not bother me that I killed someone deep in Cambodia while delivering surplus supplies to a friendly camp. It is the fact that I have no feelings about taking another human beings life. You can not talk about what you did because people back here just do not understand. I did many unconscionable things while I served but the only thing that I did wrong was coming home alive.

The VA and the NH government is harassing me and no one wants to say a thing. The Newspapers know the facts and censor the truth from the public. The law is being violated by the people that we trust and every one is afraid to speak up. “What are we fighting for, Next stop is Vietnam” The VA and NH government is harassing me to make me commit suicide so that they can cover up their crimes. We have homeless Veterans not just in Fort Lauderdale Florida but across the U.S. that can not forget what we did. People like NH VA director and Shea-Porter illustrate why we can not accept reality. Suicide seems to be what you want but just camouflage with deception.

Mr. Dodd case 2-21-08

“This case has always been about recouping moneys that were needlessly expended” Strafford County Attorney T. Velardi’s Words on the Dodd case. “They charged him mainly because of the cost of searching for him” The county uses the legal Justice system of government to make a criminal out of someone just to have an avenue to get money. Judge Fauver (in my opinion) knowingly with intent to harm allowed Velardi to miss use justice. This judge makes a habit out of manipulating the system to aid the prosecutors to get a guilty verdict. The county spends 2 million to recoup 20 thousand for the political justice to defeat the political desire of the defendant. This case had nothing to do with guilt or innocents. The Dodd case was the over zealous prosecutor using the legal system to advance his career. Have the police, doctors and state workers tester lie (in my and most likely the public’s opinion) to frame an innocent person. Judge Fauver in my opinion is a powerful person miss using NH justice for his own perverted since of domination. Judge Fauver violated the Constitution in the Madbury case knowingly violated the Constitution and maliciously, harmed that family. The NH Supreme court protected Fauver then and will most likely protect him again. I bet Mr. Dodd never thought this could happen to him, just because he thought running for public office was a noble thing to do. I thought that it was against the law for the NH government to stop a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care to prevent free speech. They can harm you next. The news media is not interested in the truth. The news censors the public’s opinion to protect people like judge Fauver and the governor. In a civilized society we should be able to talk out our wrongs in government. As long as the news media censors the truth Totalitarianism is only a step away. The VA Suicide hot line calls me at least once a day. Is this harassment? U.S. Congress woman Shea-Porter used her government powers to have a VA Dr. attempt to put me in the nut house to stop my letter to the editor. The Director of Veteran’s medical care for NH Veterans stops my VA medical care for disabilities that I received during Combat support missions. The newspapers censor the public from the truth for the demented belief that protecting the powerful is the more profitable avenue. I as a U.S. Marine 100% disabled have no where to go but hell. Suicide crosses every returning U.S. military Veterans mind to justify what we did and accept what we came home too.

The Sheriff’s Dept now harasses me to drive the point home that the power of a NH judge can not be questioned. Is not a judge subject to the opinion of a U.S. citizen for his job performance? Is not when a judge violates the constitution intentionally to harm natural born U.S. citizens constitute a crime? Does this not in the public’s opinion make this judge a criminal? The NH governor used the State Police to harass my family at home and work. Now A judge uses the Sheriff’s Dept. to harass me. I delivered one letter that I mentioned this Judges name, to the judge. The Deputy calls this harassment. I did it as a respectful jester to let the judge know what the people’s opinion of his criminal acts are. The NH government calls what they are doing to me justifiable, not harassment..

I have every phone call, asked and told the VA suicide hot line person not to call me. I volunteer to help others. I have volunteered my time since I came back to the “World” in 74. I volunteer in hospitals, school, for the state, for the courts, county, local community and just helping strangers on the street. I have violated no laws. The State of NH can not stop me by taking my freedom, harassing my family, stopping my volunteering at schools and other public places so now the game is to make me commit suicide. The Public must be informed of the criminal acts committed by the people we trust in government. Ask your self why has my letter to the editor been censored. Why have my letters been censored from the NH Governor’s eyes?

I have thought of suicide every day since I returned. What I did as a U.S. Marine to keep the U.S. free and safe just does not make since when you treat Veterans as second class citizens. You kill me and call it justifiable.

Veteran’s must speak up

Newspapers complain about lay offs and boost about how the internet portion of the paper has increased. The increase is due to the interaction of the public being able to state their opinion and give facts that otherwise would be censored. You print a story about a judge in drag, but you refuse to print the facts of a judge violating the constitution. We the People have guaranteed Constitutional rights and the news media was given Constitutional protection of a free press as a control, to enable the people to have an active involvement in government. You as a publisher must try letting the people in their letters to the editor express their own opinion. To edit or stop any one letter voids every thing the people whom wrote the Constitution meant it to stand for. No matter whom my letters hurt if they are the truth you must publish them. You as a publisher saw no problem with the drag judge. It is the People’s obligation to correct the wrongs in government especially when it is a judge violating intentionally the Constitution to inflict pain and suffering on individuals that are natural born U.S. citizens.

I wrote a letter yesterday about meeting NH Governor Lynch at a Hockey game. John took my phone number and said that he would call me. I was arrested (oh sorry) detained by the Sheriff’s dept Saturday because I dare write honest truthful letters exposing wrongs in government . NH Government officials censor the governor from reading the truth. This is the reason the Constitution by law protects the free press. How is the Governor to learn about criminal judges and dominant government officials harming the public if the news is suppressed and the criminals censor the governor’s information. How is the Governor to know that my VA medical was stopped by action of NH officials to cover up crimes by NH judges and other government officials.

I will probably be arrested because I dare write this letter. My head pain and flash-backs increase each day. It does not matter what they do to me. You the publishers just do not get it. The News printing the truth no matter whom it may harm, may some day keep your family and friends safe from a criminal judge that violated the Constitution as in the Madbury NH case NH Supreme Court file # 2003-0477 When it is to late is not the time to correct the wrongs in government.

I shook hands and talked with NH governor Lynch at the UNH woman’s hockey game 2-16-08. John knew whom I was but said he has never received one of my letters. I told him that I write every day to him. I told John that I paid two hundred dollars to speak with him by being high bidder at the Portsmouth little league auction on am1270 WTSN radio auction. John had no idea that NH took my money then shafted me. The money was returned eventually but that is not the point. John took my phone number at the game and said that he would call me.

The situation is clear just censored from the public. The state police harass my family at work and home. U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter used my service connected injuries to attempt to stop my letters. She, through the director of the NH Veteran’s medical care stopped my VA medical care completely for 6 months. My medical care has been restored but limited, unprofessional, unethical care is now provided. A NH judge had the sheriff’s office arrest me (oh Sorry) detain me on 2-15-08. They called my house and said I can come in on my own or they will send a car. I went in on my own. I guess about a three hour interrogation with the deputy getting quite augury at times before the chastising was over. Is it not the guaranteed Constitutional right of every individual to write opinion letters about wrongs in government even if a judge is the person committing the wrongs. Have the police and the Sheriff’s dept become the “gusto” enforcers of the ruling judges and government regime.

I hope John gets this letter. For a Governor to be censored from the people’s words is wrong. This is why the news media publicly informing the unbiased truth should and must become the norm again. Governor I can take what they are doing to me but this Madbury Family as all other individual’s should not be harmed by out of control judges and a gusto police force.

Frustration, anger or the thought life is over: does any one care? The shootings are increasing because we as a society no longer care. Every one gets angry and frustrated when the persons killed are from their own family or friends. These same angry, frustrated people had no concern when it was the other person that the police, courts or government were ignoring or provoking. The news media no longer tells the unbiased truth. The head lines crucify the defendant as not to anger those with power by revealing the true cause. People are so concerned with self preservation and money that the other persons does not matter. Veterans, homeless or not are cast aside by society as not to increase a budget of already wasteful spending. Veterans become frustrated, and angry.

Suicide is a very close option for Veterans because even as we become less, our goal is to make life better back here. The angry shootings may not be that. They could be a subconscious belief this is the medicine the U.S. needs to wake them up. You send us off to war as children. We survive in subhuman conditions and do things that our conscious tells us is wrong. Months or years later we return to the “world” only to feel alienated or guilty. The police, courts, government and society harass us and cast us aside. Our family and friends believe that we are a burden because of the inconsistent or wrongs that now alienate us. We change jobs or become homeless because we are now a leech on societies perfect life. The inhuman life that we once lived now is the norm. We admire how the children we grew up with are what (while we killed) dreamed of coming home to become. The line “what are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam” became famous because of a song but I bet every Veteran asked that question while there. If you cared about Veterans you would not let so many returning die in shame, by suicide.

I remind you what the State of New Hampshire is doing to a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine and no one cares. Suicide would end the constant thoughts of what I did. I feel no guilt or shame for my actions just that realizing what the U.S. does to returning Veterans makes us giving everything for you worthless. I can not be violent or stop because I can not shame what so many Veterans over the history of the United States of America gave for our Freedom. The people have a right to know what is happening. I can not express the need for the public to be made aware of the people’s opinion. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal making life and death decisions on other people’s lives every day. These are strong words, if not true, would be libelous. I have written many letters openly and to the public with the facts only to have my words censored. The NH government has inflicted my family to cruel and unacceptable treatment to silence my free speech. We have checks and balances built into our system of government to prevent totalitarianism. Freedom of press was recognized as a measure to prevent these criminal government actions. What do the people do when our elected leaders no longer serve all the people equally? Does not the Constitution give us the right to “take up arms and abolish” (to me this means) kill when all means of redress fails. The ethical code of the news media is no longer the unbiased truth. Have all means of Redress failed?

The news has labeled me a nut. The public because of the news distrusts me. I have not wavered in my actions to bring the truth forward. I receive letters and phone calls ever day. Some are nice but others clearly are a discredit to the civilized world. I will not be violent toward any one. Even though I have the legal right. Violence only breeds more violence. The government has now gone so far to stop my medical care for injuries defending this great nation. Is this not a criminal act to kill me? Yet the system has so much influence over the media censorship exists. The courts took my freedom on bogus charges, which were dropped after six months. Where they expecting suicide.

Discrimination from the VFW, American Legion and every government agency and elected official exists in this case. I am told that I am fighting a battle that can not be won. The news media has knowingly allowed torture to be inflicted on a 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine with out informing the public. My VA medical was restored as a means to limit public exposure of government crimes. I now receive limited unacceptable, unethical medical care from a system that is secretly protecting criminal actions of a few members. I have three disabling separate injuries but I for some reason was allowed to come back alive. I can not stop helping every one of you even if you are so blind or scared to do anything your self. I do what I do because not to would be saying what so many Veteran’s have given their lives for over the history of the United States of America was in shame. The People have a right to know Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Has the news media become so unethical Biased news is the norm?
