I noticed today District 12 run for senate seat, the candidate was announced in the paper. Last week they announced district 21. In a letter to the editor over a month ago I announced that I was running for district 21 state senate seat. These newspapers pay reporters to write announcements for these other candidates. I write my own for free and they ignore someone that volunteers every day to help other people. Telling the voters that I am running for district 21 senate seat is the news media‘s moral, ethical and legal obligation . The newspapers in the state of NH have had a field day destroying my character in the public eye. They have purposely miss lead the public to believe that I am a bad, bad person. On May 28 Ray Deckler of the Concord Monitor wrote an article on what has happen to me. “He’s making his case day by day” The article was good because it was honest. It told both sides with out bias. I hope the public will some day notice how unfair the news media has been not just to me but Veterans across the board. I hope some day the news media will read Ray Deckler’s article and learn the basics of writing for the public to read.

I served in the Marine Corps 70-74. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. I have volunteered every day since I came home to help others. Ray Deckler’s article is not all complements to me. I have nothing to hide. I am not perfect. I am honest and will talk with those that want to hear the truth. My reason for volunteering is because I came back alive and by all rights I should not have. Many better men than I gave their lives to protect the rights guaranteed by our Constitution for you. I owe them the respect to see that what they gave their lives for is not in VAIN. I have talked about suicide. I dream of suicide every day since I came back because of what I did as a U.S. Marine to protect our nation’s freedom.

Many people have a false impression of me, because of what the newspapers have stated as facts. I am a disabled United States Marine that came home to a country that I do not belong. I have tried every day to do good and help others. I have not violated the law, yet NH has put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my writing letters to the editor. Elected public officials have interfered with my VA medical to stop my letters. VA officials see that I get inferior medical care now so the paper work covers up crimes.

Does this sound “Looney”. This is what happens when someone will give his life to see that the people are represented first. I place the people’s rights above that of the courts, judges, or any government official. I will not stop, to see that the public is represented first at all cost to me. As the Lee Police Chief Chet Murch stated “he just go on and on.

I do not have much money. Between the State of NH’s criminal acts. The Governor charging me to talk, then stiffing me. The VA stopping my medical. My Volunteer helping others. Three daughters in college. I believe it is my obligation to run. Concord needs someone willing to stand for the people and get the job done.

Governor Lynch Why? 5-30-08

I am exhausted today. I have sharp shooting pains in my head. My back feels like someone is hitting it with a 2”x4”, my lower cafes hurt and my ears are buzzing. I am alive and for that reason we must look positive. Today I can not remember a single thing that I did yesterday, so lets start fresh. Frequently I have days or events that I can not recall at all, it is part of my disability. This morning I read an article from the Concord Monitor about me. Maybe now the Governor of NH will learn that I am not a bad person. I talk and shake Lynch’s hand every time that we bump into each other. We have a friendly chat and each time he takes my Phone # and tells me he will call. He never does. Now I can under stand the reason that his aid Colin Manning says. This 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine is a security risk. I paid Two hundred dollars to the Portsmouth Little League charity to have lunch with Lynch. I asked on live radio before biding at the auction if I was high bidder will the Governor have lunch with me. On live Radio the answer was yes so I bid the top. I have the receipt from 1270 Am Radio of Dover NH whom held the auction. This radio news station held the auction and knows the facts but will not stand up for what they pledged. The local and state newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters because they claim they are repetitive. The Concord Monitor did some investigating and found that what I write is the truth. If what I say is so repetitive why is the State of NH and the VA still violating the law to inflict harm on me every single day. The Concord Monitor tells the other half, the part that the news should have by all ethical and moral law printed every one of my letters from the beginning. I gave my life as a child for your freedom and you treat not just me but many Veterans like the trash. Veterans should at least be in titled to the same rights that we protected for you.

I am now dizzy and the pain in my head is beyond reason so I must stop.

Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor is the author of the Mystery article. I drove to Northwood to get an extra copy yesterday. I was amazed to read it. The article tells both sides. One has to wonder why the local newspapers or any newspaper could not have told the truth years ago. The article tells the good and bad of me. I have no problems with that. The article tells the good and bad of the other side. I hope they can except it being made public. No one should be stopped from communicating to the public. We have the online papers like the Keene Press and I thank them for their complete coverage of my situation. The Concord Monitor is a newspaper passed around the street that the citizen that does not understand computers, or to tired to get into the computer, will read. Reading with that morning cup of coffee people will now have a chance to learn freedom is not free. Ray Duckler needs to be praised for his willingness to write that what was not popular with the power hungry click of the Concord Boys club.

While coming back from Northwood on a back road, I passed a pick up truck in pretty poor condition being loaded by a man with a walking problem in both legs and an elderly gentleman. The man was collecting medal to sell for money to live on and the old man was trying to clean out his yard. They met at the local grocery store a day or two earlier in the parking lot. The man with the walking problem helped the old man whom was having a problem loading groceries into the car. Refusing to take money the old man still wanted to help the other out. He noticed the man’s truck loaded with medal and assumed he collected it to sell. Having a yard filled with medal from years past, he offered to pay the man to clean his yard. The man refused the money but would take the medal to sell. I passed by as the last were being loaded. I stopped for a few minutes, helped them load the last two pieces, talked a short time and left.

I tell you this for two reasons. One I am not a Terrorist as the state contents. I help people every day. Two, I do not understand but people tend to want to read of good that I do rather than be proud to defend our Constitution. You the people do not understand. I help others for the selfish reason; that I came back alive. I do not belong in a civilized society. Not because I am crazy, or will harm anyone. I did things as a U.S. Marine that disqualifies me. Better men than I gave their lives and I owe them this respect to see that the U.S. is a better place for others to live. I volunteer to help others every day since I came back in 74 because it makes the U.S. better. It is easier to stick your hand out to help others, even if something bits it because that is what Volunteering is all about. People must help others to make life better for all. Like the man in Northwood helped someone having trouble loading groceries.

A Person that I have know for a couple years and talk to several times a week over mornings coffee, asked for help. I will call him Paul. I would say Paul is my age in his fifties but I don’t know. A hard worker and friend to everyone even the reluctant. Paul came from a large family, growing up in Berlin NH. His mother died a few years ago but other than the house there was not much. Paul is just the average Joe trying to survive with little money but a heart of gold. Paul works full time to pay for his apartment in Dover NH where he lives alone. Active in his church where he spends a lot of his time volunteering, cleaning up and repairing things. Paul is the type of person that makes the United States a great place to live because he gives without wanting for himself.

The reason that I mention Paul is that he has a dark side. He will volunteer to help every one out. Six months a year Paul volunteers to cut lawns and clean yards for older residents of Dover NH. Paul collects used furniture to give to people in need. With his little money he rents a storage locker to hold things until needed. A older Durham NH resident asked if Paul could remove a couch and other furniture from her house and take to the dump. Being to heavy for one person to move, he asked for my help. Paul found a home for this furniture. A girl just starting on her own at 18 is getting her first apartment but not for a couple weeks. The furniture will go into the storage locker until then, but first he will have to move what fills it now, to the Somersworth needy today.

Here is a man with little for him self, driving a truck with a bad engine and a car that he owes more than it is worth giving to make better for others. Volunteering may cost a lot of the person giving but the reward is gold in it self.

Response to Veterans day 5-25-08

Clayton of the Manchester Union Leader had a very touching article on Veterans today. He described the Veterans of Manchester NH that gave their lives for our freedom. John talked about where to go in the city to see the Plaque that the city marks the spot with. “Sacrificing all, they saved us” tells of so few that as children gave it all for us. Remembering the Veteran on Veteran’s day is not enough. It is what these Veterans gave it all for that we the people must recognize and protect. The news media should be the strongest advocate of this premises. Freedom of the press is one of the most important articles of our Constitution. This article is a checks and balance to what these children gave their lives for. The opinion unedited is a checks and balance for the average citizen to communicate to the public the wrongs of government. Every Veteran is a hero, some just did a special act that they are noted for. I have written letters describing the dismal, sub-livable, in-human conditions we lived through to become Veterans, only to be censored because it did not express the opinion of the newspapers. To remember what Veterans gave it all for and not live by it, makes the UL and all media Hippocrates.

Joe the publisher of the UL uses the memory of dead Veterans to talk about “earlier generations of our own families”. This editorial would be touching if it talked about earlier generations that at least were Veterans. Joe talked about Ted Kennedy, Bill Loeb (and Bill’s wife) I believe that these people did not serve in our military. What does the post leisure suit have to do with Veterans that gave it all. Other than these Veterans gave it all for freedom to allow Joe to use the occasion for his platform.

Lets talk about the Veterans that came home disabled. Lets talk about Veterans that came home with silent demons destroying their ability to survive back here. Lets talk about Veterans being denied medical care or the ones falling through the cracks because the system worries about the budget rather than care. Lets talk about the Politicians using the Veteran as a tool to improve their image only to forget the veteran when done. Lets talk about the Veteran that dies after coming home. Lets talk about the veteran who’s medical care is stopped for injuries received in service for the political self gain of others. Lets talk about the Veteran that commits suicide because we do not belong back here in a civilized society that refuses to accept what we did.

Let’s talk about the news media that will not print the opinion letters of Veterans because they are not the newspapers image. I fight silent demons off every day just to survive to remember these demons tomorrow. Does John or Joe really know whom the Veteran really is. For that matter does the news media understand that the Veteran gave it all for the people not the government or the news media. We the Veteran believe so much in the People that giving it all was nothing.

Untold War Stories 5-25-08

People say that they want to hear the untold stories of the Veterans from WWII. News reporters tell me that Veteran’s do not talk about what happen “in country”. You that have never been there, can not conceive the hardest part is not the battle. The hard part is the waiting or the normal work day. The lonely parts of not knowing what your loved ones are doing or seeing your children grow up. Believing that your girl friend is cheating on you. Your wife is spending your checks on dating other men while you are just waiting for that last second of life. The day after day of just waiting for the battle or fire fight to happen. I was a child Sgt counseling other Marines on subjects that I had no idea of.

I am no hero and I never want to be. I was lucky I was in the Marine Air Wing so my service was on the run way launching and stopping fighter jets. I was only TAD to Vietnam for a 36 hours mission. I lived through only one firer fight where a bullet came with in inches of my head and a enemy mortar exploded with in one hundred feet of me. While stationed in Thailand I did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia to bring surplus supplies to friendly camps deep in the “Bush”. I was an American Advisor living with others that did not speak “American”. I rode on a wooden bench seat up to 21 hours a day on convoys lasting 1 to 3 days. I only saw one enemy killed by my direct actions when I took my bayonet out of his gut to escape and continue my mission. I learned to control my emotions, have no feelings, and ignore pain where to kill was normal protocol.

We the children that become Veterans do it to keep the U.S. safe and free. I live a great life since I came home. I am reminded every day of the inhuman, discussing actions I did as a U.S. Marine by you the public. I relive my actions in flash-backs constantly trying to live in a place that I do not belong. Yet on memorial day weekend at the UNH graduation ceremony not one speaker thanked the Veterans that gave their lives. The Key note speaker CEO of City Year gave an inspiring speech on Volunteering to help others but never mentioned the Veteran.

You do not want to hear the untold stories. You just want to hear of the exciting times of battle and the heroic actions of participants. The Battles were not the excitement, they were the easy times when we did not think of home, because we did not have the time. We do not want you to thank us we just want you to respect what we did it for. We want you to respect our Constitution.

The VA yesterday sent me another bill for when Congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter used my service connected disabilities to attempt to have me put away. The Lee NH police came to my house and chained and shackled me to have me committed. A VA Dr Biswas from the Manchester VA hospital ordered this. 7 hours later and many thousands of dollars wasted it was determined Dr Biswas order was with out merit. Then the VA stopped my VA medical as a way to influence me to stop writing letters to the editor of government wrongs in NH. Next the VA uses the VA suicide hotline to get me to commit suicide. They harass me and my family for months, every day. The inspector general at 275 Chestnut St Manchester NH tells me my committing suicide would benefit the VA if I do not start taking medication to control my free speech. The next day I requested a Dr Potenza enter the VAIG’s suicide request in my medical records. The Boston Globe sends me e-mail telling me to commit suicide. The NH governor sends the state police to my house to harass me to induce suicide. The Strafford County Sheriff just plain harasses me at the request of Judge Peter Fauver to stop my letter exposing Fauver’s criminal acts. If the VA orders a medical procedure with out the patients consent and the medical procedure is related to a 100% service connected disabled Veterans medical condition should not the one that ordered the harassing test pay for it.

We the Veteran give our childhood and lives to guarantee the news the right to express opinion without fear of government retribution. The news has gone out of it’s way to stop this Veteran’s opinion. The news has protected government wrongs at the expense of this Veteran’s life. The news tells me that they are tired of letters saying the same old stuff. One of my three separate injuries from the Marine Corps is a head injury. I can not remember a lot of things. The one thing that I constantly (with out fail) (at the most awkward times) is events encountered as American Advisor on convoy during the Vietnam Conflict. The one event I look forward to so that I do not have to live in a civilized society that I do not belong is my death. I have not violated the law but I do volunteer every day to help others because I need to show respect for being allowed to come back alive. Maybe my suicide will help other veteran’s from this action being used against them.

Mark Levenston’s letter is a staged criminal government act to induce a veteran’s suicide to cover up crimes by Judge Peter Fauver, elected NH and federal government officials and the VA. The Veteran’s Administration used my 100% service connected disabilities to aid the criminal acts of NH government officials for a cover up. The news refuses to allow a disabled Veteran to expose these wrongs in a opinion letter, yet the news relishes the freedom we the veteran gave our lives to protect. Remember we veterans this Memorial Day. Discrimination against Veterans dominates NH government actions. I hope the news enjoys the freedom Veteran’s gave for you.

Memorial day fear 5-23-08

As a 17 year old U.S. Marine I had fear every day of dieing before ever seeing the U.S. I am a 100% disabled veteran and my first injury was a brain injury from a car accident here in the U.S. right out of boot camp. Because of a administration error I was shipped overseas with no memory at all. I learned and survived as a Marine and rose to the rank of Sergeant. I was injured twice more during separate combat support missions. I to this day do not remember family or any other part of life before the accident. As a Marine I learned to set pain, fear and emotions aside to complete every mission at all costs. The fear of waking up in the morning and not knowing if you will survive to enjoy the slop for breakfast. The fear of command and will you be able to follow every one or will you be able to order those under you to their death.

I relive my first kill every day since I came back to the “world” U.S. I never talked about my life in the MC until I wrote a book a few years ago. When I came home I was Spit on at the airport and called a baby killer. Just last week when I was talking at a bar, the bartender heard me and said what we did as Marine’s was wrong. Fear of will I handle the responsibility of being an American Advisor to men that did not speak my language. Fear of what to do when confronted by the enemy deep in the “Bush”. Fear of what to do when taken by force to the enemy camp. Fear of what to do when I escape and I am confronted on the path back to the convoy by the armed guard. Fear of what to do when I remove my bayonet from his gut and realize he is just a child. Fear of how do I report this because I diverted five trucks from the convoy. I disobeyed orders so these drivers could see family they had not seen in months. Fear of coming back to a land from the Vietnam Conflict that I did not belong.

Fear of meeting friends and family that I did not know. Fear of “round eyed girls” American girls that I did not remember ever speaking to before. The joy of seeing bill boards in English. The fear of being dropped into a civilized society that did (or could) not accept me. The fear of dropping to the ground when a car back fires and others laugh at you. The fear to fit into a society that you had no memory of but as a Marine you had to adjust. The fear to know that no matter what your country always comes first.

As a U.S. Marine I could never show my fear. Not even when my own NH government put me in jail as a terrorist. NH has the State and local police along with the Strafford county sheriff harass my family. NH governor Lynch charges me money to hear my complaints and stiffs me. The VA stops my medical for service related injuries to benefit the illegal criminal acts of the NH gov. The VA inspector general ignores my complaints. My biggest fear is this Memorial day you praise our Military for what we do but despise our actions because you do not understand. NH elected officials refuse to read my letters in public. The newspapers censor my letters for fear the truth will come out.

NH Terrorist runs for State Senate 5-22-08

I announced in a letter to the editor over a month ago that I was running for NH state senate. The Newspapers will not even publish my letter, yet Merrill gets banner coverage by a reporter for her announcement. How do you appose a newspapers criminal act to limit the NH voters choice. I have volunteered every day to help others since 1974 when I came back to the “world” U.S. I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Two of my three separate injuries are combat related. At 17, I joined the United States Marine Corps. I have been honest with the public. I write a letter every day describing what I have done to correct wrongs committed by judges and government officials. The NH news censors my letters, depriving the public of facts, truth.

NH put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my letters, four days before the trial the charges were dropped. The news failed to inform the public of the truth. NH says that my letters are threatening but the news refuses to publish them because then the public would learn the truth. I paid Governor Lynch two hundred dollars to speak with him. He took my money and never met. A NH congresswoman used my VA medical to have me put in the nut house for 90 days to stop my letters. She then had the Dover police arrest (sorry detain) me. Then my VA medical is stopped by the NH inspector general of the VA to aid NH to stop my letters. The state and news are afraid if my letters get out the facts of judge Peter Fauver’s criminal acts will get out. I took the case to the NH supreme court and they refuse to hear it because I dropped out of high school at 17 to join the MC and I am a disabled Veteran. NHSC case 2003-0477. I have not backed down from helping this Madbury family. In1999 this family called me on the phone because of one of my letters on zoning. The Madbury town is using government powers to seek revenge on this family. I volunteered to help this family and have not stopped no matter what crimes the state and courts commit to stop me.

I believe in the United States of America. In a few days we will be celebrating men and woman that gave their all for our freedom. What is happening in this case is a disgrace and I will give my life to prevent government from discriminating against even one Madbury NH family. The NH government and news may not like my opinion letters but “Truth is a powerful weapon”. I volunteer to help others as a way to show respect for those that did not come back alive. I volunteer my time to help others to make the U.S. a better place for all. I will not back down from what is right no matter what criminal government officials, judges, or NH congresswoman Carol Shea-Porter does to me. You the people is what the United States Stands for.

Memorial Day 5-21-08

I had a great day yesterday. First because of the wind the day before a chalk board sign at Young’s restaurant was damaged. I was asked if it was possible to fix it. Naturally with a little glue, hammer, nails, screw driver, I felt honored to volunteer to help a local business out. I fixed the sign and delivered it back to Young’s in time for my 10 AM appointment with the photographer from the mystery newspaper. I will not know the content until you the readers of the NH newspapers know. I am hoping that the article will tell the truth. That I am not a terrorist. I am someone that devoted my life to making the U.S. a better place for all. I am a U.S. Marine lucky enough to come back.

Ken was at my house to take pictures for the article. This implies to me that the copy editor must be going to allow a reporter to talk about me. Ken was one of those people every one should meet. With his cheerful attitude and job ethics he appeared to be a credit to the American way of life. He talked about the reporter Ray and assured me that Ray was just doing his job searching for information when he questioned my friends and family. That Ray was not digging for dirt on me just trying to understand me. Good or Bad, Ken said Ray was just searching for the truth no matter where it was. I felt honored to meet someone like Ken. He just makes you feel good.

I received a call from a friend who’s truck had broken down. He was at a customers house with his employee doing spring clean up. I just drove my friend to the parts store and helped him fix the truck. In the after noon I set a tent up for my twin daughters graduation from UNH this Saturday. I started to cut the lawn for my wife but I started to get the serious head pain. I left the mower on the lawn after I got up from the ground because I passed out from the pain. I sat on the back porch and had several beers to try to stop the pain. My VA medical was stopped as a method for the VA inspector general of NH to aid the NH government to prevent me from writing letters to the editor. My medical was restored six months later but now my medical is substandard and limited. The VA believes servicing me so the paper works shows the public I am receiving medical care will cover up the crimes in progress.

No matter what pain, I felt good yesterday. I met a nice person and helped others. I thought about what I did as a U.S. Marine. I looked up from my pouch and said thank you to those that never came back. I at one time never believed, I would be alive this day but to have three beautiful, responsible daughters graduate from UNH what a great day yesterday was. Memorial day is the day to say thank you but I felt yesterday was one too.

Death of a Veteran 5-20-08

People thought that my giving coffee to a Homeless Veteran last Sunday was a nice thing to do. I do not want credit for helping a person especially someone that gave his childhood and life for us. Here is a man that served our country fighting so that we all could stay free, now living on the streets of Syracuse NY. This is only the one Veteran that I met. How many other children go off to fight for us and come back looking healthy, but have that silent daemon growing in their heads. For years this Veteran lived a great life with a wife, kids and prospered all the while living silently with what he did as a U.S. Marine. One day people that we love cast us aside because they can not conceive what we did many years earlier, could still be there. Legally, we killed, maimed, and destroyed every thing around us. We grew by loosing our emotions to feel compassion for that which became daily events. We grew by accepting living conditions that would make you puke. We ate food like pigs, that even a pig would cast aside. We became U.S. military veterans not by choice, but to protect Our freedom. We the people of the United States of America forget about our Veterans. We have since the creation of the U.S. Token jesters are made during election years or when someone in government needs to improve their image to the voters. Newspapers refuse to print the opinion letter of a veteran unless it portrays in some fashion the newspapers and societies believes.

The years pass and a small part of guilt grows as the people around us insinuate that what our military do is wrong. We learn that the society that we protected can not accept the images of what we are. We came back to a place that we do not belong.

I am a 100% disabled Veteran that had his medical care for injuries received while serving stopped. Two of my three separate injuries came during combat support missions. I live with the memory of sticking a bayonet in the gut of a child while on convoy. The newspapers refuse to tell the truth so society and my friends restrict my enjoyment and freedom. One newspapers source of information tells that I never served in the Marine Corps. The VA inspector general of NH, Boston Globe newspaper and the NH government through the state police tell me to commit suicide. I volunteer every day to help others because I came back alive and I owe the respect and gratitude to all those that gave their child hood and life fighting for the U.S. since its creation. I give because I do not look or act disabled. I give because I came back to a place that I do not belong and I need to die. I do not bend because homeless veterans, disabled veterans, Healthy returning veterans with hidden illnesses, disabled veterans receiving substandard care, and those veterans just returning to a society that does not even try to understand.

I do not volunteer to be recognized I volunteer to make the United States better for all. I am a veteran silenced by a society that only wants to recognize good.

Positive Thoughts 5-19-08

I want this letter to be positive but first I would like to talk about the feature news article that is due in the Mystery NH newspaper this week. Many people have talked to me about the reporter interviewing them over the phone. It is a reporters job to seek all angles to make the article truth full. This reporter must be doing a good job because my daughter was angered because of the reporters continued questions on if I was a good father and did she dislike me for my military disabilities. My wife was skeptical because the reporters questions made her question the reporters descending attitude toward me. A couple of friends told me of the reporter pushed for degrading information. The reporter him self told me that one of his sources questioned if I ever served in the Marine Corps. I can not tell this reporter what to write. Freedom of the press is just that. I can tell him to contact people like Shirley Thompson of the Oyster River School board, Tina at Young’s restaurant, or even Ken Young the owner. Maybe even Roger at the sports shop in Durham or Fran’s at Fran’s main St Durham. Ask the employees at Ocean bank in the center of Durham, or Bambi Miller at the Strafford county conservation district office or even NH state senator Clegg. I give the reporter these names not because they are friends but because they are people that know of me in the community. I must stay positive because even the Mystery paper has not seen fit to publish my letters announcing their article. I am positive that an unbiased reporter will have to tell the true facts “maybe”.

I spent the weekend in Syracuse NY. At six AM each morning I walked the mile to Starbucks. Sunday morning I saw a homeless man with a fatigue military jacket on, searching the trash for food. I left my coffee and newspaper on the table and bought a cup of coffee out to him. The waitress said she would watch my stuff but thought I was crazy. I sat for awhile on the Park bench while the man enjoyed his coffee. We talked about why he was homeless. He served in Vietnam during the Tenth offensive on his second tour. He joined the Marine Corps young because he did not get along with his father. His father was dieing near the end of his second tour and asked him to come home. His job in the MC was in the Air Wing but because of his small size and wild attitude in Vietnam he was transferred to be a tunnel rat. Seek and search out VC underground. He came back to become best friends with his father and marry his high school sweet heart. He inherited two large old factor buildings in down town and living a great life. He had two children and a great wife except for the memory of searching the tunnels. For years he just brushed them off until one day he thought his wife was a VC and hit her. She left him after twenty years because as she said that she was fed up with his fake memory of things that may have happen in the MC. He sees his grown up children as he walks the streets but they don’t even acknowledge him.

I do not know why but the man slipped into a different world as we talked. I took five dollars out of my pocket and placed it in his with out him being aware that I did it. I know that this man went back to Vietnam as we talked. He came home with silent memories and was discharged as a healthy returning Veteran during a time citizens of the U.S. could not accept us. This man lives in a would that you will never understand. He is a neglected, unknown child that never really came home. The positive is at least he gets to live freely on the streets of a country that he gave it all for as a child

Your nerves must be busting. Everyone is waiting to see which newspaper will print the facts and what Ray will have to say about me. I have tried to be open and honest with Ray. I feel that I am giving Ray the impression that I just may be to open and honest as a way to try to pull the wool over his eyes. Ray yesterday asked me for letters that I wrote that caused the Secret Service, Washington DC Capitol police and others to come to NH and interview me. I am not ashamed or embarrassed for what I have written. A NH newspaper has the balls to quote Daniel Webster “There is nothing so powerful as truth” but refuses to print the truth. I can not wait to see what Ray has to write.

Many people that Ray has called to collaborate my facts have called me to say that they spoke. (even a State Trooper) They were impressed with Ray not because he was a reporter but because Ray tells these people that he “was impressed with me”. Ray informed me that some one in Texas is questioning weather I really served in the Marine Corps. I am 100% service connected disabled from my tour. How far will people go just to discredit me. The facts exist that I am a nice person that volunteers every day to help others. The local police tell Ray that I push the limit but I am still a nice person. The only subject that I push the limit on is Our Constitutional Rights. I have no idea what Ray will say. He could do as the NH government, courts and newspapers have done so far. Harm my character in the public eye. Maybe Ray will tell the truth and let the United States know that I am not flexible when it comes to the rights guaranteed equally to every individual. If I am labeled a nut, crazy or any other because I will not let what so many (in our military) since the creation of the U.S. gave their lives for, so be it. Our Children that fight in our military must be nuts also because this is what they do, (Give their Lives). Is this letter to the editor an Opinion newspapers are willing to print. Think of the sales it will create with readers reading every paper in the state to find which editor had the Balls to print Ray’s article.

Maybe Pulitzer Prize for NH newspaper 5-14-08

Should the NH VA inspector general, Judge Fauver and others start to worry that a NH newspaper will tell the other side. I will not tell you which newspaper but reporter Ray interviewed me all afternoon yesterday. He was given copies of my letters and told that there may be a story with this nut. He called me and was so impressed with this nut on the phone that he just wanted to meet me. Nervous he came to my home and was astonished by art work, books and my home. We talked and talked in a sane rational manner for hours. The once nervous, scriptable reporter left my house understanding that the NH government and news media had destroyed a innocent person that volunteers every day to help others. Volunteers every day even after NH destroyed him.

I have no idea how this article will develop. The facts and documentation are clearly something NH can build on. Clearly the NH Supreme Court has an image problem of dumping on the innocent to protect their nest egg. The small town NH government must worry that the little people just may learn that they have rights also. The elected officials must worry that the voters will understand how that the people in office only care about their image not the voters.

Can Ray tell how a 100% disabled U.S. Marine returned from the Vietnam Conflict with no memory of ever living in NH. Tell how this Veteran for over 30 years volunteered every day to help others disregarding the pain from his three disabilities. How judge Fauver made this high school drop out an attorney to represent a Madbury family in court. How the NH supreme court refused to hear a case of criminal acts by the NH government and judges. How a NH congresswoman interfered with a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care for selfish reasons. How the VA stopped a 100% disabled veterans medical care to satisfy a NH congress woman’s criminal act. How NH declared this 100% disabled Veteran a terrorist to stop his letters to the editor. How the Veteran’s administration was informed of using a disabled Veterans medical care as a reward only if the disabled veteran obeyed criminal government wishes.

The biggest worry is the newspaper editors, that the readers will learn how the newspapers censored the people’s opinion. Ray asked me how I could endure such humiliation and pain just to help a Madbury NH family that I only knew because they called me for help because of a letter to the editor that I wrote and continue to help after so many years. So many of our military give their lives and I will not see that what so many gave over the history of the United States be in vain. My life as a United States Marine would mean nothing if I did not give it for MY Country is what I said.

This is a letter to the editor that questions the ethics of every NH newspaper, does any editor dare tell the citizens of the U.S. that Ray may be writing an article that will win the Pulitzer prize. A article that is worth waiting for and reading every paper just so you do not miss it. A article that will tell NH that a U.S. Marine gave his life for the little people because this Marine cared about every U.S. citizen equally. I hope Ray understood the gravity of the meaning this U.S. Marine. I am only a nut but should certain people worry the truth may get out.

Proud to be an American 5-13-08

I am proud of my actions. The Concord Monitor acknowledges that they have been reading my letters for years and decided that there may be a human interest story? I am not looking for fame. I did not write about my volunteer helping others to become popular. The C-monitor as do others tell me that I sound angry. I am not. I am proud to help others even at the cost of my own life. NH State Senator Clegg suggested that I tell some good letters. This is why I wrote about helping others. I will never expose any person that I help to the ridicule and harassment that my volunteering has placed on my family. I asked the newspapers to print my opinion letters. My letters tell the truth. Newspaper ethics no longer exists. What facts can interviewing me give you that my letters do not contain. I will talk to any one that wants to interview me though.

I served our country. I was stationed in Thailand and did eight convoys across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps as an American Advisor. I landed in Vietnam TAD to repair some launch and recovery equipment. I lived through a mortar attack, had a bullet pass within inches of my head, watched the out house I had just left explode. I lived and ate in some of the dirtiest, grossest conditions and ordered men in my platoon in to places I knew that they would die during my 31 month tour over seas. I was injured three separate times, twice during combat support missions and I returned to the “world” 100% disabled. My traumatic brain injury left me with no memory of my family or life back here in the “world” states. I returned to a place that I do not belong. I still have no memory of my family.

I relive events every day of places I can not identify because of my brain injury. I see a Vietnam immigrate on the street and my killing another human being engulfs my thoughts. A person that I am talking to or passes me on the street and I hear their conversation about our Military killing innocent people. You that have never been their can not conceive living in hell. There are no innocent people in a conflict. You can trust no one and most important you can not let emotions or feeling enter the equation. I entered the Marine Corps at 17 and I witness the face of the child that I killed with a bayonet every day. My wife accuses me of having no feelings. I feel no guilt for killing that kid but the words of the people that I did it for make me want to feel ashamed.

The news refuses to inform it’s readers of the facts because my volunteer helping others exposed judge Peter Fauver’s crimes against the peace and dignity of the citizens of the state of NH. The VA stopped my medical care. NH put me in jail as a terrorist. The state, local police and Strafford county sheriff harass my family to stop my letters. I am not angry. I have not violated the law. I volunteer every day to help others because I came back alive and many better men than I died. I owe these Veterans over the history of our nation the respect and gratitude not to let what they gave their lives for be in vain. “Our Constitution”. I am proud to stand for what is right and honorable. Anger can have no part in my life.
