The United States citizens have lost all respect for the rights of the individual, if it is not for their own self interest. I every day have people tell me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe told me to commit suicide if I write another letter to the editor. They are so stupid they put it in writing. The Lee Police ask me if today, I am going to commit suicide in reference; so they do not have to waste their time with bogus calls from the VA suicide hotline. The VA suicide hotline is harassing me to commit suicide because the Director of the NH Veteran administration at 275 chestnut St will be in trouble if it is reviled he told me to commit suicide. NH governor Lynch sends the NH state police to push me into suicide because my letters to the editor are causing deep problems in the Concord political empire. People responding to my letters tell me suicide would be better than their reading another letter from me. Newspapers refuse to print my letters because they are not the opinion that the editors can respect or helps the editor’s contacts. I have to write a second letter today because I can not lose respect for the United States of American because “WE” veterans gave our lives for her.

I dream and write of suicide all the time because it is relevant to me. People all the time tell me WE (meaning Veteran’s) do not speak of what happen in country. What happen to me haunts me every second of every day. I stuck a bayonet in another human being to get my M-16 back and escape. He could not have been but eleven or twelve years old. I shot aircraft off a catapult to bomb innocent people with out caring. I lived in some of the most putrid conditions to fight for (US) people that do not care. I ordered men from my squad in to death situations and continued the mission knowing they were dying or dead. The part that bothers me is that even today I have no feelings or compassion. I do not feel guilty for what I did for the United States of America.

You people want me dead because I am willing to stand up for the rights of a Madbury NH family that the Selectmen are using government powers for personal revenge. Judge Peter Fauver Violated the Constitution to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH supreme court covered up to protect the dominance of the their legal empire over the people. Our elected official’s used the power of government to shut me up. The United States is WE THE PEOPLE. Do you even care?

Have no fear my words and letters are censored from all U.S. newspapers. Fox 25, the blue NH, Union leader and MOST other blogs and forums, newspapers has censored my words WWW.veteranstoday and a few others print my letters.

The funny thing is I could depend “in country” on the your children to complete the mission at all costs. With their lives if necessary with out question. You 89% that never served will not even stand up against criminal government official’s when they are stealing your rights in front of your eyes. I ask my self every day did I do the right thing? Why do I have no feeling of guilt for killing to protect people that do not care? I ask my self if suicide will make the United States aware of the criminal government officials and judges diminishing their rights. I died the day I gave up my compassion and feelings to become a United States Marine.

I dream of committing suicide every minute of every day. I received a Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) when I left Marine Corps Boot Camp. I was sent overseas on a 31 month tour during the Vietnam Conflict with no memory of the U.S. at all. I came back to a land (U.S) that I could not conceive as possible. Can you imagine living every day with death and destruction around you for years at a time. You are taught and pounded into your mind to kill with out feelings or compassion. Can you imagine living with out understanding simple situations or social skills because you have amnesia. Can you imagine going on convoys as American advisor deep into the “bush” days at a time with no one that spoke English. Can you imagine sitting on the side of a runway for hours at a time waiting for the fighter jets you launched earlier to return. You sit there and listen and watch the horizon light up from the bombs being dropped on thousands of innocent people. I returned to the U.S. with no understanding of what a civilized society is. Can you imagine not understanding how to react to people doing every day things. Can you imagine kissing your first “Round Eyed Girl” that you remember after you killed other human beings. Can you imagine feeling no regrets or remorse for the (civilized society crimes) duty you performed and having the citizen’s that you did it for despise what you did. I dreamed every day during my tour of dieing before I had to live through another situation. I lived through two Vietnam Offensives and received three more combat related disabilities I contemplate every day back in the “World” of suicide because back here government officials, the Veteran’s Administration, police violate the Constitution for self gain and society is afraid to speak up. How do I end it?

I read every day about the VA suicide prevention programs to help returning veterans cope. Social propaganda to make society believe in the political games. The newspapers now censor the words (opinion) of the people. The news media keeps the voters from learning that I am running for District 21 New Hampshire State Senate. I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen are using government powers for personal revenge to run out of town. Judge Peter Fauver violates the Constitution to protect these criminal acts. The NH supreme court covers up the crimes to protect their empire’s, dominance over the people. NH elected officials use the trusted elected powers granted by the people to stop me from volunteering. NH U.S. congress woman uses her federal powers to stop my VA medical. These are crimes that I place in writing to the people of the United States that if were not true would be criminally libelous. The news media’s right to censor the truth from the people is in direct contradiction of what the United States of America stands for.

We have check and balances to stop such crimes being committed by government personal. The Checks and balances have failed and the news media refuses to inform the public. My opinion letters contain undisputed facts that can only be stopped by censor ship. I am running for District 21 NH state senate. These criminals are afraid that I might get elected which will expose these criminal acts. The VA stopping a 100% disabled veterans medical for disabilities received in combat situations is a crime of the highest magnitude. The Citizens of the United States of America and the news media censoring the truth to knowingly harm a disabled Veteran is beyond Comprehension

Do I need medical help as you all suggest. I have no medical care available to me because a NH U.S. congress woman interfered with it. The NH government (against the Constitution) harmed my character in the public eye so bad even the VFW and American Legion want nothing to do with me.

I can not stop because it is every American’s duty (obligation) to see that “no constitutional right of any one individual is never violated” U.S. Constitution Article.

Can you imagine coming back to the United States after fighting with your life for her only to be stripped of your rights. The “DEAMONDS of WAR” deep in your head make the VA suicide prevention program useless because the people running it have never been there. Can you imagine?????????

Cover Story VFW magazine “Honoring the WWI Veteran”. The VFW that exists today will not stand for or protect today’s veterans. To honor WWI, WWII or any other Veteran we must respect and protect what these hero’s gave their lives for. To give your life does not mean you died. To give your life means that you gave a part for a nation that changed you to something those 89% that never served can imagine. To charge up a bullet barraged hill, have F-14’s with hung ordinance land with in inches of you going 600 knots, to be the only American (as advisor) on convoys deep into the bush days at a time, to die every second of every day only to do the same the next day. Days, weeks, months, years pass as you dream maybe that you will make it alive to return to the “World” U.S. The VFW has become a charity pocket of draining money on the street corner to donate to others. The VFW should help Veterans with the money raised and with the power such a respected club has, see no U.S. citizen’s rights are violated.

I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I was arrested as a terrorist, lost my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. My VA medical for combat related injuries was stopped for 5 months for the political self gain of the VA Director in NH. I am running for District 21, NH state senate and the newspapers will not tell the voters of me, as daily they do of the other candidates. I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family that the selectmen used government powers for revenge against. Judge Peter Fauver knowingly violated the Constitution many times to protect these criminal acts. The NH supreme court covered up these crimes to protect their legal empire. I expose these wrongs in government and the NH governor violates the Constitution to stop me. My medical has been restored but it is now sub-standard and limited. I am a 100% disabled Veteran running for elected office and the VFW places it’s political connections above the rights of the people. The facts are clearly documented.

The people may not like me and may not vote for me but the Voters should have the choice. I, re-live every day what I did as a U.S. Marine. The thing is (as it happen my first time) I feel no guilt or remorse for it. Every day I hear the words of people that have never been their imply what we did was immoral, wrong. I spent 31 months overseas during the Vietnam Conflict, in some life changing sub-human conditions committing acts this civilized society condemns us for. I came back with no memory of ever being in the U.S. before from a (TBI) injury. I received three more life changing permanent disabilities combat related. The VFW and American Legion sends me letters asking for donations all the time. Why would I donate to an organization that does no longer respect what we gave our lives for. Think about it “The people’s rights must all ways come before the needs of government”. The only way to show honor to any veteran is never to allow any one right or any one individual to be diminished at all. This is a phrase from our Constitution.

The Keene NH free press allows the people’s words to speak freely. I wish that they would go state wide so more NH residents will be informed of facts by the opinion of the people unedited. Their underground web site is another free press that should receive awards for doing what other newspapers and blogs or forums have lost. The Union Leader and Fox 25 or NH blue (blogs or forums) edit or censor what does not express the opinion of the editor. This is the same with newspapers today. Ethics no longer matter to editors. The truth must be told but if the facts can be tainted to illustrate or inflame the situation to the editors view why not? The same with informing the voters of the candidates with out biased reporting.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate. This matter should be of state wide concern because it effects every citizen in the United States. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. The NH government and VA have stopped my VA medical for political self gain. The newspapers refuse to inform the public. The editors censor my opinion letters to the point it constitutes a crime against the people. The Boston Globe in writing told me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The VA Director tells me to commit suicide and uses the VA suicide hotline to push me into it. NH governor Lynch uses the state police to deliver suicide messages to me. Judge Peter Fauver uses the Sheriff as his personal lynch mob to pressure me. NH U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter committed crimes to harm this disabled veteran. Where does a disabled veteran go.

The amazing thing is that I can send this letter out to thousands of people by e-mail. My letters are printed in blogs across the U.S. The Veterans today magazine on the web prints my letters all the time. Many times my letters are front page articles in the Veterans Today Magazine. There is no libel in my letters. The truth is a powerful weapon. The newspapers along with the AP have become blind if the facts are not to their liking. The VFW and American Legion refuse to help a disabled veteran because it could affect their political connections. I am left to die with no where to go.

The Madbury NH selectmen use trusted government powers for revenge against local residents the selectmen do not like. Judge Peter Fauver violated the constitution knowingly to protect the selectmen’s crimes. The NH supreme court covered up judicial crimes to dominate over the people of NH. I expose these government wrongs and the powerful, commit illegal acts to stop me. I have no place to go. For government officials to use pain and suffering to stop a 100% disabled veteran (or any citizen) can not be tolerated. I am running for District 21 but this concerns a nation. For the government to harm a citizen to stop the citizen from exposing wrongs in government and the news media refuses to expose the facts; You have no idea what the U.S. just lost.

For the newspapers and WMUR news to censor the public from the truth must be stopped. This is why the Keene Free Press deserves every award possible because the Opinion of the people is what makes the United States exist as a free nation. For the news media to censor political crimes against a disabled veteran is beyond reality.

New Hampshire Congress woman’s crimes 7-27-08

New Hampshire is a beautiful state that I grew up in. I was raised in Alton NH where my family lived and their families live today. At 17, I quite high school to become a U.S. Marine. Because of a Traumatic Brain Injury even today I have no memory of my life or family back then. I woke up in a military hospital, (then) because of admin error did the next 31 months overseas during the Vietnam Conflict. I receive three more (at separate times) combat related permanent disabling injuries. I came back to the U.S. with no memory of ever (living) being here before. I lived through two Vietnam offensives and eight truck convoys as American Advisor deep into the “Bush”. I killed other human beings before I remember kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I had to learn how to live in a civilized society, as a civilian with no memory or support. I am a 100% disabled Veteran living in a world (United States) that I do not belong.

I got my GED and went to college during my tour and when I was discharged. I volunteer in government activities and just to help others every day since I came back. I volunteer to help in police projects. I volunteer to make life better for disabled children. I volunteer to make the United States a better place for all. I married the most wonderful, beautiful woman that is now my best friend. I have three great daughters that all graduated college and are getting their Masters degrees. I live in a average home and have two cars. I have nothing to complain about. I have no money because of NH.

The VA stopped my medical care for 5 months. It was restored but it is limited and sub-standard now. This is not just me. Many (even today) returning Veteran’s fail to get or receive adequate medical. My medical was stopped which constitutes a crime that is being ignored by government officials. The Madbury NH selectmen violated the Constitution to intentionally harm local residents the selectmen did not like. Judge Peter Fauver violated the Constitution knowingly to protect the selectmen. The NH Supreme Court covered up the crimes to protect the legal empire. The NH government took illegal action against me because I dared to expose wrongs in government by powerful, dominating, destructive individuals. A NH congress woman harmed a veteran for her selfish demented reasons only see knows. Where does it all stop? Where do I go?

I have no memory of growing up. I tried to learn how to live in a civilized society by helping others every day. I do have constant reminders of what we did as a U.S. Marine and the deplorable conditions that we survived for (the 89% that never served) you every day. We ask nothing of you, but to be treated equally as you that never served.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The voters have a guaranteed right to hear my opinion. The voters have a right to decide if I am the best person running for the elected position. I am proud of being a United States Marine. I have no guilt for what We did. The State of New Hampshire has made me feel guilty for ever coming home. I have purposely gone out of my way to make life better for all others since the day that I came back to the United States of America. She is a beautiful country that you the people must protect and defend even against the inner corrupt individuals (that the thought of power got the best of). VA sub-standard Medical care. 7-27-08

My left side of my face went completely numb during coffee this morning. I felt like I was on a boat, the building was rocking back and forth. My legs from the knees down were tingling. That is ok because two years ago I entered the Portsmouth NH VA clinic with the same symptoms and was escorted out by armed guards. I have had discomfort in the left side of my face since then but not to this degree. It is hard typing because the screen is moving back and forth. I am a 100% disabled Veteran with four disabling injuries. Three of the life changing disabilities are combat related. I did 31 months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict. I have a traumatic brain injury, a broken back, loss of most hearing in both ears and now PTSD. The VA stopped my medical care for 5 months for political gain. Now so that the records show the VA is treating me I get to see Dr Dan, a Psychologist. Don’t get me wrong Dr Dan is one of the Finest (that really cares about the Veteran) that goes out of his way to help me and all veterans.

The State of NH has labeled me a terrorist because I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family. The Madbury selectmen use government powers for personal revenge against local resident the selectmen do not like. Judge Peter Fauver used the court and law illegally to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH supreme Court refused to hear a case that would question the integrity of the NH judicial system. The governor and elected officials closed ranks to protect their empire. The newspapers censor the public from these facts. The VA stopped my medical care to aid NH.

The editors, government officials and others are so afraid that I may get elected as District 21 NH state senator they are using my medical disabilities as a weapon. I send a copy of all my letters to the VA along with newspapers, government officials and judges. My letters go out to over 1000 locations every day. I received all my injuries from my time serving in the United States Marine Corps. Some of you readers refer to me as a wiener, and many other adjectives. You the editors across the U.S. refuse to print the opinion of a 100% disabled veteran. You the public tell me that I need medical care. It was stopped. What does a natural born U.S. citizen do when the government destroys a 100% disabled Veterans character in the public eye and stops your medical care.

The question; do you that never served care about Veteran’s medical conditions received while defending you. You can not help me. There are many, many more veterans out there that need help. Many have asked and just given up because no one cares. Many don’t even realize that they need help so how can they ask. I speak out and the system has tormented and beaten me down but I will not quite. Veteran’s are created by your children going out and doing something 89% of you take advantage of. They deserve more than a token parade that you believe solves all our difficulties when we return. The NH government, Judge Fauver and VA officials have violated our Constitution and you are all afraid to say anything.

The thing is I put everything in writing and send it out to the public. Some day someone will ask the question “How did we not see this coming, this man was a disabled Veteran”.

Do newspapers now have a “Blue Wall” to protect each other’s character in the public eye? The Boston Globe (in writing) told me that they would prefer my suicide before I wrote another letter to the editor. This should be front page headlines across the U.S. What ever happen to allowing people’s response? What ever happen to the ethical, moral belief that the newspapers was a place for the citizens of this great nation (U.S) to voice their opinion freely and with out fear of government reprisal? The NH governor has the State Police come to my home and tell me “My letters are causing serious problems in Concord NH the governor would prefer my suicide. These are crimes happening freely and openly and the news media refuses to inform the public. The Veterans Administration director of NH told this 100% disabled veteran to admit myself to the VA hospital and start taking mind controlling drugs or commit suicide. This is in my medical record file. The NH VA stopped my medical care for five months now it is restarted but limited and sub-standard. This is a crime to stop a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical for combat related injuries. The news media refuses to inform the public of these crimes. The Associated press and newspaper ethics council should be all over these facts but how does a U.S. citizen correct the wrongs. I could run for public office and make a difference but how when the news refuse to inform the public about me. I am running for District 21 NH state senate yet the news does stories on other candidates but censors information about this candidate. How can the public believe what they read in the newspapers when the “Blue Wall” manipulates the truth?

I have asked nothing, but I volunteer every day to help others since I came back from the Vietnam Conflict. The VFW and America Legion refuse to help. I can not blame them. They are worried about political connections. I have violated no laws yet to stop me the government and newspapers, has violated the Constitution. I do have serious medical problems from my time in the Marine Corps. Yesterday I wrote a letter and part way through I re-lived a time “in country”. I should not have sent that letter out but honesty can not be limited. The Public has a right to know whom I am.

I almost dove into Portsmouth harbor yesterday and floated out to sea. Don’t ask me why that I did not? I keep remembering living in sub-human conditions deep in the “Bush” dreaming of some day actually living in this country (U.S) that I was fighting for. I have a traumatic Brain Injury so I have no memory prior to being a U.S. Marine. I came back and tried to learn the laws and living in a civilized society. I came back to a place that I do not belong or a place where a civilized society can not accept me.

The Boston Globe may be a big newspaper, but I place my life for the United States of America as a U.S. Marine. If it is not for our military, you people would have nothing but to serve those in control. Veteran’s deserve more than to be treated as second class citizen. I have a Red, White and Blue “wall” that must fly free if for nothing else than for those over the history of the United States of America, in the memory of those that gave their lives for her.

NEWSPAPER CRIMES AGAINST THE U.S. 7-25-08

Newspapers across the U.S. want it’s readers to believe that what they report is the unbiased truth. Fox 25, NH union leader and every other news media across the U.S. does not want it’s subscriber’s to know the truth. Today’s articles on my opponent in the NH District 21 State senate race were published. Newspapers refuse to print what I have to say, because they do not agree with me. I am running for a state elected position. Do you the voters want to be informed or not? Can news media have the “right to know” and censor the public from the facts, just because the editor is biased. I clearly state my opinion in writing and send it to over 1000 e-mail addresses every day. No newspaper will print my letters because they expose criminal acts by judges and government officials. Newspapers believe that they are a private enterprise and can do as they want. Newspapers are a public entity and are bound by law to equal treatment of all candidates. It is the people of the United States that should be the newspapers and news media’s responsibility too protect and serve. A newspaper can not be held for libel if my letters are the truth. Does the opinion of the people no longer matter?

Some government officials tell me to kiss the media’s a-ss if I want the public to be informed about me. I will tell the truth to the voters, if the news media censors me because of that; a free election does not exist. I will tell the truth to the voters, If I am elected, this is what scares government officials and news media. The media claim that what I write about is repetitive. It can not be repetitive if it is not published. The crimes being committed by judges and government official’s against the citizens of the U.S. can not be tolerated. Newspapers and media refusing to inform the public of my opinion because they expose crimes by respectable powerful people can not be tolerated. “We the People” are what the U.S. is about. Government officials using my veteran’s medical for my service connected disabilities to stop me is a crime. The governor using the State police as muscle to stop me is a crime. Judges using the courts and jail to stop me is a crime. Other government officials telling me to lye and kiss a-ss to get the voters to support me may be what they do, but I will not. Elected government officials reading about these crimes every day in my letters and doing nothing, What did we elect them for? Officials in Concord NH and the Federal government is trying to protect their own a-ss. Fixing and election by concealing the facts from the public can not be tolerated.

The VA, NH director, Boston Globe and NH governor told me to commit suicide. These are documented facts. Am I a danger to society or am I, reality to those criminal’s in public office that do not want to be exposed.

My head hurts, my body is tingling, I just returned from reliving deep in the “Bush” my first kill with a bayonet. Why did I come back? Never violating the law or being a responsible citizen, seems to be enough. The rules and laws change as the people in power manipulate them to their own needs. Is what I remember and learned as the truth or is it a figment of my imagination. Did I return or did I die and this is my pay back for the unacceptable acts I committed for a civilized society that can not accept what we did.

The hours have passed and I have re-read this letter several times. I want the voters to know whom I am. They must be informed of the truth. I am a 100% disabled veteran and the VA gets a copy of all my letters. My medical care was re-started but it is substandard and limited. The VA has told me to commit suicide. One of my four permanent injuries is Traumatic Brain injury (TBI) I remember nothing prior to being a Marine. Has the VA filled my memory with what they want. Do I really volunteer every day to help people or do I imagine it. Vietnam exists here in the U.S. and is just covered with the illusion that freedom exists. Did I ever come home?

The VA stopped my medical care, this is a crime that must be told to the entire United States. Veterans do not fight for just themselves. We fight for every United States citizen (most whom we will never know). Veterans can not be treated as second class citizens. Don’t tell me that you hold a position in the United States government and it is not your job to help the people. You want the unbiased truth print my letter and let the entire United States know what New Hampshire is doing to a 100% disabled Veteran. There are many more Veterans being crushed by the system that stay silent because they believed the United States would take care of us equally as all those that never served.

It is amazing the number of NH elected officials, cops and other people that call me on the phone to give me advice on how to run a campaign. What is even more amazing is the fact these people in trusted positions of power read my letters every day, tell me they understand the crimes being committed, but there is nothing they can do. “If I get elected it will give them another person in office to get their message across” This is the message that I get from these calls. The people in District 21 have a right to hear whom I am. The message I want to convey to the people is the truth. Elect me on what I am, not some lair politician whom tells others what they want to hear, so the best lair gets the vote. Maybe because our elected officials can not tell the truth is why we have problems in the U.S. Newspapers completely censor my letters because the truth is something elected officials no longer understand and editors kiss the politicians a-ss. Amazing someone running for District 21 State senate will be so honest. You will not read or hear my words in a newspaper because powerful people do not want you too!

Crimes by judges, elected officials, (state and local police) sheriff and others, against the people of the State of New Hampshire have been committed. The NH supreme court covered up these crimes along with Governor Lynch. Every one runs for cover when they hear my name because the government portrays me as a danger. I served in the Marine Corps from 70-74. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with 4 life changing permanent disabilities. The government has gone so far, as to stop my medical care to stop me. It is Amazing how a 100% disabled Veteran is left hanging by the nation that at 17, this Marine gave his life for. These powerful people are so afraid that I might get elected, fraud is now involved.

I volunteer every day to help others. I am not a danger to anyone. I spend every waking moment of every day trying to make life better for others as I volunteer to help others. You do not have to elect me, but the newspaper censoring my campaign while promoting others is against the law and constitution. I have filed “Redress of Grievances with the NH house, senate and governor only to be told “WE do not do that any more”. This is a written constitutional right every citizen has. Our NH government can not diminish the constitution to limit a natural born U.S. citizen rights. This is a crime of the highest Magnitude.

I am running for District 21 New Hampshire State Senate, as the first candidate in U.S. history to be censored from the public because some people labeled me a danger. It is a constitutional crime for government personal to harm a citizens character in the public eye for their own demented gain. What does that matter these criminals do not recognizes the Constitution any way. The people of the United States of America must be allowed to vote for the candidate of their choice. Discouraged, lost, just a person asking for help. No one wants to believe my situation or cares enough to even look into it. The cover up by our political leaders, judges and editors is working. To stop a 100% disabled veteran’s medical care is just to outrageous to comprehend. Our NH elected officials pat them selves on the back because they claim to have gotten my medical reinstated. Yes it was started again but it is sub-stand and limited, never mind the crime it is just to stop medical care for anyone. I do not want your pity. I want you, the public to realize that the person in charge of the Veteran’s Administration in NH told me to commit suicide if I do not admit my self to the VA hospital and take mind controlling drugs. This is in my medical records. The Boston Globe instructed me in writing to commit suicide. The NH governor sends the State police to my home to tell me that the State would prefer my suicide. I have volunteered my time every single day for over 30 years helping others. Many children around the State, I have volunteered in some way to help many adults. People that I just met on the street, I have just sat and talked to or volunteered to help. I ask nothing from you the public, I just want you to understand why?

A Madbury NH family asked me for help with a zoning issue. The Madbury selectmen use government powers for their own personal revenge against local residents. Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to protect the criminal acts of the selectmen. The NH supreme court violated it’s primary purpose by refusing to hear a case of government crimes against the people and judicial miss conduct. The Newspapers completely convert the truth to make me look bad. I am arrested as a terrorist and lose my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges are dropped. I volunteer to help this Madbury family only to be tormented and tortured by political criminals.

Newspapers dig for news that will outrage the public and sell more papers. I give the news, letters of well documented facts and they censor it. As a 17 year old I dropped out of high school and became a U.S. Marine. I have clear memory of what I did as a Marine in short untimely relapses . You the public unknowingly with disparaging comments about what we did during the Vietnam Conflict degrade and crucify Veterans across the U.S. I am running for District 21 NH senate and the public will not know me because the editors do not believe I am a viable candidate. We fought for you only to come back to a place that we do not belong.

Election fraud in NH but where do you go? The Politicians in the State Capitol, Concord are afraid that I might win so there is no help there. The NH court system is so corrupt and biased there is no help there. The newspapers would rather destroy my public image thaa report the truth. The Governor sends the state police to my home to tell me my letters to the editor (which the Newspapers refuse to print) are effecting policy in the capitol, that my suicide would be preferred. The Boston Globe is so biased that they ask me in writing to commit suicide before writing another letter. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me for intimidation. The VA stopped my medical care for injuries that are Combat related and uses the VA suicide hotline to provoke suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to pressure me into suicide. No newspaper will print my letters or tell the voters whom this candidate is.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate. I volunteer every day to help others. I have violated no laws. What I have done is helped a family in Madbury NH that asked. The Madbury Selectmen used government powers for revenge against local residents that the selectmen do not like. This is the United States and is against our laws. Judge Fauver knowingly violated the Constitution to protect these selectmen. The NH Supreme Court refused to hear a case that could prove a corrupt court system. Elected officials refuse to help because it is not to their political advantage. These are publicly stated in writing criminal complaints of crimes against the people. Do the voters have a right to be told whom I am and that I am running for a state elected position?

The newspapers can not claim that what I write is libelous because I put it in writing and send it to the people that I write about. How can I be a danger if I volunteer teach your children in schools around the state. I volunteer for county and state project with your children to teach them. The Foster’s newspaper years ago gave me an award for my volunteer work. Biased newspapers are fixing an election and there is no where to go.

The VA stopped my medical care. I have four service related injuries. Three are combat related. NH has destroyed my public image so bad by using the newspapers that the Federal government believes taking my health will solve NH problems with me. Let the People decide whom gets elected. Not the newspapers or corrupt government officials and judges. Freedom exists because our children give their lives (in the Military) to protect our constitution. We have checks and balances to stop such dominating control and these checks and balances are being diminished. To destroy a 100% disabled veterans health to fix an election and the news refuses to expose it “some thing is wrong”. Liberty Movement in NH 7-21-08

Thomas Jefferson once wrote: “The Basis of our government being the opinion of the People”. “one need only look at history to see that the right to a free press is essential for freedom”. A free press is not for the purpose to allow a private owned business to print what they want. A free press is a constitutional right because the people’s opinion to correct wrongs in government is an essential Basis of our government. A movement a few years ago stated in NH. People from all over the U.S. moved to NH for the sole purpose to correct the wrongs in government. NH being a small state it was chosen over the others. The group is growing and it is moving in many different directions. I believe the people that take the time to learn about it, they will agree with most of what they are doing. There is a government movement to stop or detract from what they are doing because Liberty movement is a danger to Dem or Rep rule. We the people: is and must remain the foundation of our “Nation”.

Facts and Truth do not seem to matter to the news any more. WMUR and other news media seem to have lost focus on We the People. To illustrate this fact the Veteran’s administration in NH stopped my VA medical care for 5 months. My medical care was started again but it is now limited and sub-standard. I volunteer every day since 1974 when I came back from my 31 months overseas tour as a U.S. Marine. I have not stopped volunteering helping others even during this time when the NH government is harming and degrading me to stop my letters to the editor. I continue helping others even when the leader of the NH VA at 275 chestnut St Manchester NH stopped my medical care for political self gain. Newspapers going against every moral and ethnical belief that this country is built on, refuse to tell the U.S. citizens the truth. U.S. congress woman from NH uses my 100% service connected medical condition to have my freedom taken. The Veteran’s suicide hotline harassing me with phone calls to commit suicide. The VA using the local police to intimidate me. The NH governor using the State police to tell me my letters are effecting the government in Concord NH that my suicide would be preferred. Judge Peter Fauver using the local sheriff to detain me for the judges self pleasure. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the newspapers refuse to tell the people. These are crimes of the highest magnitude inflicted against a 100% disabled Veteran and the newspapers refuse to inform the citizens. I volunteer to help others. I do not break the law. I can see some newspapers, especially in NH censoring my news to protect their political connections. Newspapers across the U.S. should be grabbing onto this story because Veteran’s give their lives for you. For anyone to tamper with an election, even a no good 100% disabled Veteran’s election is wrong. This case is so well documented that it scares powerful people that the facts may get out. Why has the news not picked up on it. Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor wrote on May 27 “He’s making his case, day by day”. This article started to reveal what is going on. No body cares. I volunteer to help others. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. I am asking for no special privileges. What I am saying is Veteran’s deserve equal protection of the law. My election would give me a public forum to expose the criminal activity in NH government and the Veteran’s administration in NH, this is why the newspapers cover up.

The news media does not like my talking about my suicide. The local police now make public jokes about my death at the Lee race track. For over 30 years I slip into a different world where I re-live events this civilized society tells returning veteran’s we were wrong for doing and living through. I am split between the acts I did as a U.S. Marine for the U.S. and what the U.S. is allowing NH and the VA to do to this disabled Veteran and other Veterans. I come so close to killing my self many times and some day I hope reality does not get to me before I do it. I live through ever day with the physical and mental pain with out showing or telling others. I function in public and volunteer my time to help others. I hide nothing from the public. My running for public office should not be interfered with by any one. The Voters must be given the chance to vote with out interference. What I expose in a public forum is the truth. If these powerful government officials did not want it exposed they should not have committed the crimes.

Have you ever thought, (this guy identity’s himself with every letter to the public)? How can he do that with all the allegations of criminal acts by judges, police and other government personal that he clearly states? Has the Veteran’s Administration joined in the crime to harm this disabled Veteran to silence free speech? Was this 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care stopped for over 5 months, then restarted at a limited sub-standard rate? Has the newspapers made the public believe this disabled veteran is a harm to society? Has an election in the U.S. been controlled by NH judges, government personal and news editor’s? I am running for District 21 NH State Senate, yet my letters and words are stopped because the election is fixed.

Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal because he used the power of the courts to cover up crimes by the Madbury NH selectmen to harm local residents. The selectmen committed personal acts of revenge on local residents by using government powers to inflict this harm. I volunteer every day since I came back in 74 to help people every day and place. To stop my volunteer helping people, judges and government personal have used criminal acts to stop my free speech. Can you imagine the problem the editor’s, and these criminal people in government that we trust have if I am elected. The truth will be revealed on a public forum. The Government has set up a mirage in paper work to make you believe that I am receiving care. I talk about suicide because it is a reality in my life. I am not asking you to believe what I did as a U.S. Marine. I realize my actions are inconceivable to comprehend if you were not there. Can we allow powerful (criminal) people in positions of trust to harm people willing to speak openly about their (government officials) crimes?

To demonstrate how biased the newspapers and others are the Boston Globe in writing asked me to commit suicide. The NH VA leader asked me himself to commit suicide. The NH governor sends the State police to my home to advise me suicide is necessary. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to get me in the mood for suicide. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me to demonstrate a judge’s power. These are all documented facts, these are crimes. The truth needs to be stated.

Do you know why I do not stop? I am a United States Marine. Do you know why children (our military) can stand on foreign soil and die fighting for you? We have an obligation to place the welfare of the UNITED STATES first. Have you ever thought if what I am saying is the truth the seriousness of allowing these criminal acts to continue. How do you know when it is time to ask for help? Whom do you trust? Everyone has their own agenda. I came back from 31 months over seas during the Vietnam conflict with no memory of any part of my life prior to leaving the states. After Boot camp I was in a car accident that left me with no memory of my child hood at all (TBI). Because of an Admin error I was sent overseas with the mind of a child. I was injured twice more in two separate combat support missions. Thirty years after coming back from the Vietnam Conflict I am diagnosis with PTSD. I continuously re-live sticking a bayonet into a child younger than the 17 year old Marine wanting to Kill. I had been captured by three of the enemy. I killed to get my M-16 back and escape, when I was deep in the “Bush” as an American Advisor on convoy. Whom do you ask for help when every one back in the “world” has an agenda to disprove that you exist. Should I have killed my self before coming back to a world that I do not belong?

I rose to the rank of Sgt, with no friends because I had no feelings for any one or thing. I needed to complete my mission at any cost. I completed my Marine Corps tour and was dropped into a society that could not accept what I had done or lived for. I was an out-cast with no memory or social skills in a place where every one was protesting the Vietnam War. I went to college where every one was younger than I, telling me what I did was wrong or that it is inconceivable to believe what I experienced. I repressed my feelings and thoughts and eventually married a beautiful woman. I had the ability to achieve anything because I had no feelings or regret for the consequences. I started volunteering to help others because I (for what I did) came back alive and I should not have. My wife and children taught me responsibility because it was the norm of a parent. My volunteer work started being for people in need or in desperate situation. I studied the Constitution and social responsibility at UNH. I was a Marine Sergeant.

A Madbury NH family asked me for help with a zoning issue. By all reality I came into this world at the age of 17 after my accident out of boot camp to live in a world that I do not belong.
