Laugh or cry the Union Leader and Foster’s demands the public has a right to know about the Dodd’s letters. How sweet when a editor wants to invoke the Constitution for their own self interest but refuses to tell it’s readers about my running for NH state senate District 21. Of even more interest is why I am running, what my back ground is and how my mind works. I write letters every day and send these letters to over one thousand newspapers, judges, elected officials and others and the editors censor them. Is it sad or funny that the news media has lost it’s ethical and moral reason for existence?

The news media may not like my reasons or my actions but is it the media’s place to decide a free election. I volunteer my time every day to help others. I set my pain and discomfort aside to make life better for others. I do not want credit or recognition for my volunteer helping others. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I served during the Vietnam Conflict. I have four permanent disabling injuries. Three are Combat related. I witness every day, since I came back the tragic events that I caused and lived through as a U.S. Marine. I want to commit suicide so bad but I do not do it because I must suffer for what I did. Is it the editors job to punish me to keep the public safe? What I did as a U.S. Marine is our duty. Our duty is living in sub-human conditions and committing acts that a civilized society condemns us for. We keep you safe so free elections exist and the news media can demand the Constitution protect their self (news media’s) interests.

I volunteer to help a Madbury family that the selectmen use government powers for their (selectmen’s) personal revenge against local residents. Judge Fauver used the courts and law to protect the selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH supreme court covered up Fauver’s crimes to protect the legal empire’s dominance over the people. The NH governor used the trusted power of government to violate the Constitution to harm the peace and dignity of the State of New Hampshire. U.S. congress woman from NH used federal powers to use my medical condition to take my freedom. The VA stopped my medical care for service related injuries for the political self gain of the NH director. The news media refuses to inform the public. I put these facts in writing because they are the truth

The news media’s job is not to decide what is news. The Public has a constitutional right to know the truth even if the editors do not like it. Laugh or cry the news media has allowed the United States of America to condemn Veteran. I can document what NH, news media and the VA have done to this Veteran but more important this happens to other veterans every day. Politicians waste money to glass over their token helping Veteran’s with the news media‘s help. One Veteran being treated as a second class citizens makes what we did (a conflict) to laugh or cry for. The news media’s use of the Constitution is like a baby crying over spilt milk.

This letter will be censored because the truth and a free election is the choice of the Biased news not to print responses that the editors do not like. The news media is so biased that the Boston Globe puts in writing for me to commit suicide before sending them another letter to the editor. Do you the public want to laugh or cry? May be it is time to stop my self from the pain because as a second class citizen Veteran’s deserve no better. I laugh and cry every night for a nation that lost it’s way.

Veteran’s Head Pain 8-6-08

A Veteran’s head pain for one of four service related permanently disabling injuries (three injuries being combat related) has his medical stopped. How can this happen? The records are manipulated to indicate that treatment is given, but it is not. I get a call from Dr Dan at least once a week and an appointment at least once a month. I get pills delivered through the mail each month. What more could a 100% disabled Veteran need?

Lets get this straight Dr Dan is a great Doctor. He actually cares about the health and welfare of the Veterans. But he is a head doctor. (Psy) Dr Dan is not treating my pain. Dr Dan is treating what the VA and government officials would like everyone to believe is a dangerous man. A mental case.

I saw a VA specialist many months ago for my head pain and this Dr. told me my pain was imagined and I am most likely faking all my injuries. To give the Dr the benefit of the doubt he (the Dr) was scared because he noticed the red flag in my file. This means that I am a danger. The VA put that in my record for harassment. You see after they stopped my medical it was restarted again with the RED FLAG. Oh and by the way I was injured during my 31 month over seas tour 70-74 the Vietnam Conflict.

I volunteer every day even today to help others. I have violated no laws. My trouble started when I volunteer helped a Madbury family because the selectmen were using government powers for personal revenge. Judge Fauver used the law and courts to protect the selectmen and in-able the selectmen to violate the law to intentionally harm other U.S. citizens. The NH supreme court covered up the crimes to protect the discrimination of judicial powers. The NH government used the power of office to take my freedom and harm my family. NH U.S. congresswoman used federal powers to use my medical condition to take my freedom. The VA stopped my care to aid the NH government’s illegal acts for self political gain.

GOVERNMENT IS HERE TO SERVE THE PEOPLE NOT MASTER THEM

I did not finish this letter yesterday because I got a call from someone in more pain than I, that needed help. Two women needed help doing yard chores but could not afford to hire someone. I do not want reconciliation for this. I help people every day because it is the right thing to do. Trust me it did not stop the pain. My wrists, back, legs, head and more hurt more today than ever before. I am a 100% disabled Veteran running for NH state Senate. The VA, NH government and news media should not be allowed to use my medical conditions to inflict pain to stop me. This is a crime. My medical conditions were received while I served our nation as a U.S. Marine. A free election is what WE VETERANS served for. To use a Veteran’s medical condition to stop a free election and the news media censor the truth. WHY??? It just does not make since. Is reality that I never came home to a place that I do not belong? Is all this just imagined as punishment for what I did. If trusted government officials can commit crimes such as this and the news media covers it up, what does it all mean.

I am the candidate running for elected government office that the people will never hear about. The people do not have to vote for me, just be allowed the choice. Does the government have a right to commit crimes and no one speak up.
