No one with power follows the rules or law, what state are Veteran’s coming home to. I have absolutely no memory of life before I was in the Marine Corps. I did thirty one months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict never knowing what it was like to live in the U.S. I had to learn laws, rules, social skills and much more just to survive. I received three more combat related permanent disabilities during my tour. I killed before any memory of kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the news media refuses to inform the public about me. I came back to volunteer to help others every day because I wanted to. I have violated no laws, yet law enforcement harasses me. I can document the facts yet when it is the courts and government violating the law, people will not speak openly. People with power are dominating and taking our free society away.

In 1999 I volunteered to help a Madbury NH family that the local selectmen were using government powers to seek and get personal revenge on. Judge Fauver violated the Constitution openly to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH Supreme Court covered up Fauver’s crimes to control the Bar Association’s dominance of judicial power over the people. The NH government used the trusted power of the people to declare me a terrorist and take my freedom for 5 months. The Bogus charges were dropped. Shea-Porter used her federal powers to attempt to put me involuntarily committed to a hospital to silence my free speech. The VA stopped my medical care for service related disabilities. The News media violates the trust of the people by censoring the truth. The Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. Why do we have laws and rules if the powerful can dominate and control what we do? I can put such facts in writing and send them to over 1000 e-mails and publish these letters in numerous places with out fear of legal recourse because the establishment does not want the truth to come out. The powerful are blocking the public from my election because the truth is a powerful weapon.

I volunteered helping someone yesterday. Several times in my mind I went to a place no one should go or re-live. At the end of the day I just wanted to have a beer and relax yet this person wanted me to help him more because I was free labor. So much in my mind at that moment, I realize that I should never have returned. I so much when I was there, want to see the United States just once before I died. The U.S. is a tough cruel place to live but I survived attempting to make life better for others for over thirty years. The Documented truth no longer matters. A free state is now controlled by news media, courts and elected officials.

I am running District 21 State Senate yet the people will never learn from the news media whom I am. The Courts and government are afraid that my representing the people with our fear of the powerful will crush their established control. What I learned as a U.S. Marine about the U.S. was truth that no longer is practiced. When the news media and powerful people can control a free election, the Constitution is a worth less piece of paper.

Carol Shea-Porter is not the veteran’s friend the news media makes her out to be. It may be some people’s view but what about the Veteran’s that she knowingly harms or ignores. The news makes her out to be a Veteran’s hero. Hero’s do not harm or leave a citizen to fall into the enemy’s hands. Hero’s risk and give their life for their country and all the people in it. Carol is a danger to the people because she picks events that make her appear good. What about behind the scenes. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Carol did not like my publicly bringing up wrongs committed by the NH government so she used her elected position to deprive me of my freedom. She contacted the VA in writing to use my service connected medical condition to lock me up. The facts are in writing, yet the news refuses to inform the public.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The news refuses to print my opinion letters. The news refuses to inform the public of what I stand for and what I will do once in office The NH government and news are afraid to give me a public platform to exposed the wrongs in government. A free election only exists if apposing views get equal time. I am running for a government position that I will use to represent all the people all the time. A free election does not exist if the government and news can conspire to fix the election. The news and government say my letters are repetitive and harmful to people with good reputations. If I can put it in writing and defend it, it must be the truth. I say fix the wrongs not cover them up. Repeat them until they are fixed.

The Madbury NH selectmen used government powers to seek and get revenge against local residents the selectmen did not like. Judge Fauver used the power of the courts and law to intentionally violate the constitution to harm the people. The NH supreme court covered up Fauver’s crimes to protect the dominance of the legal empire over the people. The NH elected officials arrested me as a terrorist and took my freedom for 5 months to silence me. The Bogus charges were eventually dropped. Carol used the VA to take my freedom by putting me in a locked hospital room. The VA to silence my free speech stopped my medical care until I stopped exposing the wrongs in government. The VA uses the suicide hotline to harass me to get me to commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local Lee police to harass my family to get me to commit suicide. The NH state police come to my home to tell me that my suicide would be good because my letters are causing problems in the state capital. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me for his demented pleasure. The Boston Globe in writing told to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. I am a 100% disabled veteran running for public office. Does freedom exist if this can happen and no one cares. This is what happens when the people with power dominate instead of lead.

U.S. Congresswoman from New Hampshire is no friend of the Veteran. She is a Danger to the continued existence of a free nation.
