Imagine it is your child servicing in our military that dies defending the rights of the people of the United States. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the NH government, courts and news media are fixing the election. I speak my words clear and with out fear because there is nothing left that you can do to me with out making the truth known to the public. Imagine you are this Madbury family that the selectmen dislike so the selectmen use government power for personal revenge. You get a lawyer and go to court thinking the Constitution will protect your family. The lawyer drains your money then drops you and Judge Fauver violates the law and Constitution to defeat you. This family reads a letter to the editor in the newspaper and calls this person for help. I am a high school drop out that joined the Marine Corps at 17. I was injured 4 times during my tour, three are combat related. I did 31 months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict. I volunteer my time to help this family. Judge Fauver under some unused NH law makes me an attorney to represent this family. This family and I prove beyond any doubt that the selectmen are violating the law for revenge against this family. Judge Fauver violates the Constitution at least 29 times to harm this family in his efforts to protect the selectmen’s criminal actions. The NH supreme court reads the case and refuses to publicly hear it because it questions the integrity of the NH justice system by a high school drop out. The NH governor and elected officials are made aware of the case and they declare me a terrorist to scare me to stop volunteer helping this family. I lose my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges are dropped. A NH U.S. congress woman uses my medical disabilities as a weapon to take my freedom. The VA next stops my medical care to silence my free speech. The news media refuses to print my opinion letters because “they harm people with good reputation” the editors say.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the newspapers write articles about the other candidates but refuse to inform the public about this candidate. Imagine it is your child dieing on foreign soil to defend the Constitutional rights of the citizens of the United States of America. Imagine every newspaper across the United States of America refuses to print the opinion of other U.S. citizens.

Imagine it is your child that wasted his life serving a nation that does not care.

Returning home veteran 8-09-08

No one with power follows the rules or law, what state are Veteran’s coming home to. I have absolutely no memory of life before I was in the Marine Corps. I did thirty one months over seas during the Vietnam Conflict never knowing what it was like to live in the U.S. I had to learn laws, rules, social skills and much more just to survive. I received three more combat related permanent disabilities during my tour. I killed before any memory of kissing my first “round eyed” girl. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the news media refuses to inform the public about me. I came back to volunteer to help others every day because I wanted to. I have violated no laws, yet law enforcement harasses me. I can document the facts yet when it is the courts and government violating the law, people will not speak openly. People with power are dominating and taking our free society away.

In 1999 I volunteered to help a Madbury NH family that the local selectmen were using government powers to seek and get personal revenge on. Judge Fauver violated the Constitution openly to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH Supreme Court covered up Fauver’s crimes to control the Bar Association’s dominance of judicial power over the people. The NH government used the trusted power of the people to declare me a terrorist and take my freedom for 5 months. The Bogus charges were dropped. Shea-Porter used her federal powers to attempt to put me involuntarily committed to a hospital to silence my free speech. The VA stopped my medical care for service related disabilities. The News media violates the trust of the people by censoring the truth. The Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. Why do we have laws and rules if the powerful can dominate and control what we do? I can put such facts in writing and send them to over 1000 e-mails and publish these letters in numerous places with out fear of legal recourse because the establishment does not want the truth to come out. The powerful are blocking the public from my election because the truth is a powerful weapon.

I volunteered helping someone yesterday. Several times in my mind I went to a place no one should go or re-live. At the end of the day I just wanted to have a beer and relax yet this person wanted me to help him more because I was free labor. So much in my mind at that moment, I realize that I should never have returned. I so much when I was there, want to see the United States just once before I died. The U.S. is a tough cruel place to live but I survived attempting to make life better for others for over thirty years. The Documented truth no longer matters. A free state is now controlled by news media, courts and elected officials.

I am running District 21 State Senate yet the people will never learn from the news media whom I am. The Courts and government are afraid that my representing the people with our fear of the powerful will crush their established control. What I learned as a U.S. Marine about the U.S. was truth that no longer is practiced. When the news media and powerful people can control a free election, the Constitution is a worth less piece of paper.
