Seacoast writers association 12-31-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Seacoast writers Association (SWA) set annual competition. I want to make this a personal essay on ethics and responsibility. If I win donate your prize money to a local library for books to teach our children why this nation was created. Freedom on the Press was made a part of our Highest Law (Constitution) because of how important it is to allow the public to write opinion letters to expose government wrongs. This fact is documented in a letter by Thomas Jefferson “the basis of our government being the opinion of the people”. The SWA should be appalled by the facts editors censor or edit the opinion of the people to reflect the editor’s view.

I ran for election this past primary only to have the NH newspapers censor my opinion letters that informed the voters of my platform. The Newspapers went so far as to harm my character in the public eye to influence the vote. The newspapers had a grand time when NH declared me a terrorist and took my freedom for six months. These same newspapers did not allow my side to be told when the bogus charges were dropped. I volunteer my time to help a Madbury NH family that the town selectmen are abusing openly with the newspaper assumed consent. Judge Peter Fauver uses the power of the NH judicial branch to aid the selectmen in using government powers to inflict harm on this family. The NH supreme Court covered up the case when presented to them. The SWA should be wanting to teach with their annual event existing and future journalist ethics and responsibility. Every newspaper in the U.S. needs to understand the responsibility to print the opinion of the people. The truth is what matters.

I am a 100% disabled Veteran that volunteers my time not only to help this Madbury family but volunteers every day since 1974 to anyone in need. To stop me the NH governor uses the State and local police to harass me. Fauver uses the local sheriff to harass me. NH’s U.S. Rep files false criminal complaints to stop my censored opinion letters. She uses her federal powers to have a VA Dr file involuntary commitment orders to stop my censored opinion. The VA stops my medical care for combat related service connected disabilities. The newspapers still censor my opinion letters to the extent that ethics and responsibility are wave able unwritten rules.

I came back from a conflict in 74 with serious conditions. I kept to my self the silent demons that one day took over my life. The ethics and responsibility of the SWA to teach and reaffirm it’s members and the public is to help all Veteran’s past, present and future. You meaning the public can not grasp my question “am I really here”. I ask my self all the time am I dead in a benjo ditch dreaming of a world that I will never see or know. United States of America. Is this the H-ell that all Marine’s end in for what we do to protect and defend your freedom. The VA to stop my opinion letters stopped my medical for not only this but my other three disabilities also. My words are censored because the SWA has a “blue wall” making what our U.S. Military are fighting for to be in VAIN

I do not need to win a competition. What we the people must recognize is why our children are giving their lives on foreign soil this very day. Ethics and responsibility can only be learned from those that honor it. Honor our Veterans print the truth.

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Yesterday was unique. I got several phone calls from people that read a letter of mine published in the Keene Free Press. I thank this newspaper. It was unique because these phone calls were from disabled people that never served in our military. I talked with these individuals only to realize that our society neglects many of them, so it is not just disabled Veterans suffering. I hope what I am doing will help all United States citizens not just the Veterans. How do you get society to respond to what is happening. People are afraid of government retaliation. The perfect example is this Madbury family that one Madbury selectmen did not like. The other selectmen helped this one use government powers for retaliation. Judge Peter Fauver used court powers to aid these selectmen and the NH supreme court covered the case up. The newspapers censor the truth and the public takes a blind eye for their own safety. This case is so well documented that government officials must violate our constitution to stop my free speech. The newspapers make the public scared of me to control public opinion.

The Veterans Administration stopped my medical care for combat related injuries to stop my free speech. NH’s US Rep used her federal powers to get a involuntary commitment order issued. She got to the police to arrested (detained) me. State and local police harass me to stop my opinion letters. Judge Fauver uses the local sheriff to attempt to intimidate me to stop my opinion letters. I have filed complaints, written charges and much more and our government officials each time commit more crimes to stop me. The newspapers censor my opinion letters so the public is isolated from the facts. I ran for elected state office this past primary. The newspapers harmed my character and censored my letters to interfere with the voters in this free election.

I am a 100% service connected disabled Veteran. Several are combat related. I write a letter every day. There is nothing libelous about my letters. Judge Fauver is a criminal that the judicial system is covering for. To allow the government to use a disabled veterans medical condition as a weapon to stop free speech (and no one cares) takes the cake. The uniqueness of yesterday was it is not just the returning veterans that are neglected. Our government has grown so powerful that elected officials mentally become a member of this club that uses the people. Most if not all have great intentions when elected but will soon learn one hand washes the other and if not the drain will soon in-gulf you. Just look at what the newspapers are censoring to blind you the people.

My medical was restored but to a limited level. Am I paranoid or just a returning veteran that does not belong. The sharp crippling pains are striking my head so I can not finish this letter if I want it to get off.

When the VA can openly aid criminal wrongs to stop a disabled Veteran by causing what I received defending this nation to flair up. Ask your self what about all of today’s returning veterans that will be swept under the rug by naïve elected officials. My case just illustrates what power can do to a disabled person. Or did I die and this is hell in a benjo ditch some where in theater? Reality is no more.

Strafford County Sheriff’s office 12-29-08

Strafford County Sheriff’s office 12-29-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Sheriff deputy Captain Joseph DiGegorio of Strafford County told me if I refer to Judge Peter Fauver as a criminal in my letters he would arrest me. The judge used the sheriff to harass me by arresting me to stop my opinion letters about this criminal judge. (Joe calls the arrest “detained”) Judge Fauver used the power of the NH court in allowing the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge against local residents that the selectmen did not want in their town. The NH Supreme Court covered up the case. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH elected officials use the power of the state to attempt to scare me to stop exposing wrongs in government. These judges and government officials violated openly the constitution and the newspapers censor my opinion letters for some demented since that the editors are protecting people with good reputation. Print the truth and let the people decide. The facts are documented in the case that we presented to the NH supreme court.

NH US Rep used her political influence to have a involuntary commitment order to take my freedom to stop my letters. She filed a criminal complaint with the Dover NH police to get me arrested. The VA then stopped this 100% combat related disabled veterans medical care to stop my opinion letters. NH governor took my freedom on bogus terrorist charges. The list just goes on and on, so Joe don’t feel that you are the only one violating the people’s trust.

I was awake most of the night last night. My head was pounding, as the boy that was my first kill kept looking at me as he fell to the ground. I got out of bed as I felt blood gushing from my nose. My pride was driving me to run faster through the “Bush” after I took my M-16 back and escaped. I feel tired and lonely while sitting here writing this letter today. Joe told me during the detainment (arrest) that he has a friend at the sheriff’s office that was a Marine and he does not go through what I do. I am just looking for attention. I lived for over thirty years never talking about what is in my head. People around me can not accept what I have done. I was just a no-body until this family from Madbury NH out of the blue called me up for help. I did not know this family at the time but helping others is what US citizens should and must do. Joe has turned that around and uses the power of the Sheriff’s office to harass and intimidate as a way to make US citizens obey government orders. It is the same as Nazi Gestapo soldiers did once???

The newspapers have no reason not to print this opinion letter. If it is not true the people harmed have legal recourse against me. The truth will stand on it’s own. The truth is so well documented Gestapo acts must be taken on this US soil to stop this 100% disabled US Marine. Stopping my medical care only destroys my health not my will to protect and defend our Constitution.

Let’s start the new year 2009 telling the newspaper to print the opinion of the people unedited. Let us all recognize Freedom of the Press is to protect we the people not the newspapers. They have the power but this US Marine has the WILL.

.Military Heart-Break 12-28-08

.Military Heart-Break 12-28-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

It is heart breaking that I received a email from the father of a child Veteran that returned from our most recent war disabled and can not get help. The father asked if he could reproduce my letters in his web site because they illustrated what his son was going through. These are children that we as the United States of America are taking from our ranks and sending off to war. These are the children that once grew up in our homes and neighborhoods that go off to defend and protect our way of life. These are the US Military Veterans that return and receive less than equal protection of the law and government services. We ask for nothing because it is our belief that we do not belong for the destructive way of life that now marks our path. I tell every one that reads my letters to send them to all the newspapers, government officials and ask your friends to do the same. My letters are not for me. My letters are to express opinion that we your children gave our lives for a Constitution that you the US public is neglecting to take care of now. My letters are for those now returning Veterans and the future.

Our elected officials do squat but tell the public how great their actions are to help Veteran’s. My VA medical was stopped to stop my writing letters to the editors. NH elected officials talked to VA officials to get them reinstated. One, it is against the law to stop a Combat related disabled Veteran’s medical as a weapon to stop his letters. Two, my medical was restarted but it is sub-standard and limited. I get sharp pains at any moment that last a few seconds or minutes, throbbing pressure in my head and then my nose bursts into a blood bath. My broken back can give me so much pain just from turning the wrong way. I can only hear 50% of what people are saying to me from being blown off the runway during a Vietnam offensive. I refuse to take medication but the pain got so bad and I ran out of pills that I received 5 years earlier that I asked the VA to refill them. That was two months ago. No pills. I receive token visits to the VA to demonstrate for the record that care is given. Our elected officials take credit for getting my health care started again. Our government is We the People, but what happen?

I wrote a opinion letter telling the world that Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal. Fauver with court powers allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge against local residents. The NH government has violated the constitution to inflict pain and suffering to stop me. The NH supreme court covered up the case when presented to them.

I am the 100% disabled Veteran that was put in jail by NH to shut me up. You question the Veteran’s that the demons of war do not show up for years after as lazy and useless people. The Veteran that left your warm, cozy home will never come home. You the American public must accept even though that you will never understand. We the U.S. Military Veteran are citizens also. It is heart breaking when ever you leave a Veteran homeless on the street, put us in jail for our uncivilized actions or limit or reject our medical care. The most heart breaking part is the all newspapers censor a Veteran letters. What would you say is heart breaking??????

Killing in a civilized society 12-27-08

Killing in a civilized society 12-27-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

I read the story in NH’s largest newspaper today about the Demer’s family. The story struck me personally because it actually illustrated the meaning (that our military get) is some how created with in those that serve. Our Constitution calls for We the People to “take up arms and abolish” when all other means of “Redress is ineffectual”. Is this not what our Forefather’s did when our nation first started? Ask why the newspapers have censored my opinion letters. The meaning of the United States is where our government serves the people. I am a 100% service combat related disabled Veteran. I have written complaints and official charges stating and documenting criminal acts committed by judges and elected officials in NH. My complaints and charges have been ignored by the Veteran’s administration and other government officials. These authority figures have gone so far as to use retribution in an official capacity to stop me. I have violated no laws. I volunteer every day to help others. I have four life changing permanent disabilities. I served as a U.S. Marine during the Vietnam Conflict. These criminal acts happen to many returning Veterans and this is why I am so persistent. Veterans are not asking for any special treatment just equal protection of the law.

No body wants to try to understand that returning veterans are different. Not all are effected so deeply that they can’t suppress it. We all have that inner feeling that only those that served seem to have about the U.S. Adjusting to society is not always possible. Things back here to some, just do not make since. Imagine being in a place you want to belong but nothing is reality. We become homeless and discarded on the street. We become criminals because society sees what we do infringes on their comfort and expenses. (Tax Dollars) My VA medical was stopped, I was put in jail, I was declared a terrorist, State and local police harass my family, Judge Peter Fauver uses the sheriff’s office to arrest me for harassment (detain me) and much more. I ran for elected state office this past primary only to have the newspapers intentionally cripple my campaign. No body wants to understand and NH’s largest newspaper censors the truth.

My entire life that I remember has gone to helping others. I volunteer because I need to thank those that served our country. I volunteer because it is my only way to accept that I do not belong back here. I do not want your thanks or pity. I want you to realize that allowing a criminal like Judge Peter Fauver to intentionally use court powers to intentionally harm US citizens can not be allowed under any conditions. To allow the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers for personal revenge can not be allowed under any conditions. To allow government retribution against a 100% disabled veteran to stop free speech can never be allowed under any conditions. To allow the newspapers to censor the opinion of the people for any reason can never be allowed under any conditions. The Demer’s family members kill on foreign soil yet when they return will not have equal protection in the US for what they did. Reporter Kepple most likely does not even realize the deep meaning his story meant to me and other Veteran‘s..

Response to NH elected officials.12-26-08

Response to NH elected officials.12-26-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

NH elected officials email me constantly. They wish me well for the Christmas Day and the New Year. These are great individuals in a position of authority to help make our State and Country a better place for all. I like these people and consider them my friends even though I am sure some don’t consider me one. I question publicly these individuals when they do some thing that I disagree with. Some (not many) take offense to questioning publicly what they are doing. I have asked many times under the individuals Constitutional rights a “redress of grievances”. This is guaranteed in our Constitution as a means for the people to correct the wrongs in government. Our NH elected officials refuse to allow me this guaranteed right. We have a new government starting in January, will this bring change for the people. Will the full house invite me to speak publicly to inform our NH state government what is happening to the people that they represent. Governor Lynch is most likely sheltered from what I am saying. I have met the governor over six times and each time we have a nice talk and he invites me to the capital to speak further with him. I call to make the appointment and it is never made. Are our NH elected officials so afraid to work for the people that they commit crimes.

The newspapers censor my letters to the public so our elected officials feel save in diminishing the people’s constitutional rights. These same officials do not realize the number of blogs and individuals that read my letters on the web every day. The newspapers call my letters libelous but these are public documents that I send to thousands of judges, government officials, newspapers, courts and the public. There is nothing libelous about my letters. The truth will conquer as I am so persistent that I will not stop representing what is guaranteed under our Constitution. This past primary the newspapers interfered with a free election when I ran for state office. The people of the state of NH are kept in the dark because I am a no-body. The person that won the position I ran for is a great person and will go a great job, but my point is that it should have been the informed voters choice not the editors. The newspapers believe censoring my letters is protecting our state. It is violating the meaning of “Freedom of the Press”.

Our NH US Rep. Shea-Porter filed a false police criminal complaint to stop my letter to the editor. When this failed she used her federal powers to have the VA use my medical disabilities to stop me. When this failed the VA stopped my medical care. Are my words so revealing that government officials are allowed to violate laws and our Constitution to shut me up. These are crimes against the people of the United States that no one in a position of authority will do any thing to stop because the news media has taken a biased position to protect and serve criminal government officials.

The major problem for these criminal editors and government officials is every thing that I am saying is documented in court and government records. You are only hurting yourself by not stopping these crimes against the people. The pain and anguish inflict on me is ok because I am a United States Marine and it is our job to protect and defend our Constitution while suffering. This is why I ask the NH elected officials to do their jobs and allow me to speak in front of the full house and senate. Lets do the right thing and work for the people. I will email this to the NH elected officials, will the newspapers have the Balls to publish this letter in the papers?

Christmas Day 12-25-08

Christmas Day 12-25-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Christmas Day the worst two weeks every year for me then the day comes and another year starts and my loneliness and deep hole seems to just be remembering what I did. The lack of guilt that society says that any human being would feel for the things that I believe that I have done. This is the best day of the year for me because my family and I make it a special day. My three daughters are now grown and completing their Masters degrees this year, but they still come home. Christmas is a day that is memorable to them because we (as a family) have always made it, of sharing and giving. We have now expanded into their boy friends being part of this day. I have nothing to be sorry for on this special day. I do not know why the worst comes out during these weeks leading up to this day. I look and act so normal yet the conflicts and miss understandings of what is going on around me becomes inclusive. Can you live in and out of two worlds with out letting the other know. Can you try to be normal in this difficult society by camouflaging that you do not belong because you have no memory of how to belong. I know that at some point during the day my memory of being their will rage into believing some day “Peace” will be every where and harmony will be for all. I, yes this Marine will have a tear drop slowly slide down my face as I feel the loneliness of every deployed U.S. Military person on this special day of the year.

The most memorable part of this year was just a couple weeks ago when I read the story of how Jackson NH as a Village gives to two injured Veteran’s and their families. The good is all around us, we just need to see it. I make a point each day to see and dwell on the good that I see and feel. I do this by volunteering to help others. This is how I justify what We (our military) do, is worth the time and effort. We now as a society must be willing to correct the wrong in government with out the fear of reprisal. No matter how much hard ship, pain and suffering the NH or US government places on us we must always place the United States of America first. Jackson NH came together as one to give. It was as during WWII the U.S. came together as one to protect and defend our nation. I am a 100% disabled veteran that writes a letter every day that the newspapers censor. I am that person that causes pain because I believe in the United States. I live through the worst two weeks every year to repel the criminal hardships the NH governor will place on my family. NH elected officials have chosen to protect and cover up Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal use of the courts. Fauver use court powers to enable the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to get revenge on a local family the selectmen did not like. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH declared me a terrorist under the patriot act and took my freedom before dropping the bogus charges. Then the VA stopped my medical care for combat related injuries. My worst days of the year will mean nothing if we as a nation do not come together and make the newspapers print the truth. Publish the uncensored letters of a 100% disabled veteran and all the other letters from US citizens. Freedom of the Press is for We the People’s protection.

Freedom of the Press means nothing if only one side is freely printed. Freedom is why the Jackson NH story became so memorable to this 100% disabled Veteran. US citizens willing to give to make life better for others. Thank You America.

You have no Idea 12 23-08-pm

You have no Idea 12 23-08-pm

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

You have no idea what goes through my mind in a flash at the worst or most inconvenient time. The rush to just want to die. To kill myself to end the feelings of why? To attempt understand reality. The miss understandings of why I came back. Is this real? While serving in the Marine Corps nothing made since but the act to attempt to live to see the next day and be alive. To see a world that I had no memory of ever seeing before. The United States. I do not belong in a civilized society because I killed with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape. I was proud to have passed the final test to be called a US Marine. Now everyone that finds out calls me a baby killer. I could justify what I was doing by believing that every one followed orders. I came back to a world that I had no idea of. No one believed that my situation was real. Doubt and miss trust was all over the place with every one that I met. I was, am considered paranoid. I am in a world that I do not belong. I am traveling down in a deep hole while at the same time seeing what I have done evolve around me. Situations are thrown at me, but they are inconsistent and conflict with the meaning of what I thought that I understood from learning from others. People tell me to write on Blogs and send letters on the Web. Others tell me to get off the public blogs that I do not belong. VA Dr’s tell me that that my medical condition is not real. Others tell me my symptoms are wrong for what I am claiming. People tell me opinion letters are an important part of being a civilian and a part of the newspapers, yet mine are disbelieved but true. People are instructed to follow the law, yet some special class of people do not have to. Judge’s violate the Constitution and the NH Supreme Court approves it. I keep asking if this is eternity for a U.S. Marine to dream conflicting thoughts while my body becomes permanently lost in a benjo ditch in south east Asia.

12-24-08 This is one situation that I go through every day. I wrote this first Paragraph out while it was occurring last night. You (the Public) can label me what ever adjectives that you want. My medical condition is what happens to those willing to go off to protect and defend a Constitution. A Constitution that You (the Public) deny Veteran’s the right to be protect by. I have times when I am just like the rest of you interacting with others. I have violated no laws and I volunteer every day to help others. What makes me different from others is my medical conditions. This is not unique to me though. There are many Veterans going through worse than I. We had no right to come home to a world that does not want to accept what we became and that we do not belong.

Holiday letters to Military12-23-08

Holiday letters to Military12-23-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

I am touched. A teacher is awarded with front page coverage of her students writing letters to Disabled U.S. Military hospital patients. This story deserves credit but the more important issue is the reason that these “Now” Veterans became disabled and are in the hospital. The newspapers tell you how great things are but what about why? Did the newspapers tell you that they censor opinion letters that do not reflect what the editors want you to know. I am touched that the newspapers do not think that telling the citizens of the U.S. that a 100% disabled veterans medical was stopped, to stop the opinion letters written by this veteran. The editors do not agree with what I say so the public is deprived of the information. Both sides of the news is not told if it does not say what the editors want the public to know. I dare tell the true facts about government wrongs that question the character of people with power. The truth is the most powerful weapon and eventually it will conquer and be told. Teaches recognizing the loneliness of disabled military in the hospital during this time of year, deserves praise. It is the meaning why that must be taught to all students. Our military became disabled because they were fighting for “to protect and defend our Constitution”. You will be touched if these Constitutional Rights are lost. Don’t let the editors censor the people’s opinion.

Do I repeat the facts to often. No! because if Judge Peter Fauver is allowed to criminally violate the constitution there is no United States. Fauver used the court powers to allow the Madbury NH selectmen to seek and get revenge for personal reasons with miss use of government powers. I volunteer my time to help this family because they asked me for help. I met this family because they read a opinion letter that I wrote. The NH supreme court covered up the case when it was presented to them. Our NH elected officials not only refuse to help a Voter and US citizen but allow government powers to inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled veteran to stop me. No NH elected official will help me. Thank You United States of America from a 100% disabled Veteran?

I did not write a letter yesterday because I was volunteering to help others. I volunteer every single day. I do not want your thanks or any thing else from you. What I do need is your help to expose that the newspapers are censoring opinion letters that expose government wrongs. Censorship hurts even these disabled Veterans.

I want teachers to teach why our U.S. Military become disabled to be the front page news. I want the United States of America to understand we gave our lives for the equal treatment of justice and government services for all not just the chosen few. Send our disabled Veterans in the hospital letters telling them we understand why they did it. Make them feel proud for why they will never have the normal life that you do.

I am touched?

Jackson NH - injured Veteran’s heroes

Jackson NH - injured Veteran’s heroes

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

It is a time of year for memories and that is what Jackson NH is doing not just for these two families but for all to see and hear about. I read the story of how this small town decided to give a gift to two injured veterans and their families. The entire town is participating in making the United States a home for all. Granted it is only two families but these two families represent all of use. To me the US is one family. We help each other in times of need and together make times of joy. This one town is saying what we all feel, but do not know how to show it. We need to volunteer our time, with just a open hand. We need to learn once again how to accept a friendly hello as only that. We need to forget the hidden agenda and accept that a person can volunteer to help someone with out wanting something in return. Memories are made from these times when an entire village can give to two injured veteran’s families but the joy is received by all whom hear about it. Jackson NH is representing all of us with this kind hand of joy.

It has been a hard year for many and some think investigating why Public service may have done something wrong during the power outages is necessary. Every one wants to investigate and waste when giving can be so much more rewarding. If every one could just open up their hands and hearts to make life better for others, a self joy will just grow. Memories will be made and your young, will see joy where it may not have been in your life’s before. Veterans are all around you. We are you. These are the citizens that gave so that your memories could freely be made with out question. Veterans do not want anything from you except not to have what we gave for to be forgotten. “Constitution”

In my eyes all Veterans are heroes. I feel a joy for what Jackson NH is doing. An entire town opened a hand to two injured Veteran’s and their families. I don’t feel joy because these are veterans but because it is unity and self sacrifice for others. All Veterans are heroes to me and deserve the “world”. I am not one of them (a Hero). I am that crazy 100% disabled Veteran that writes letters every day. I am that person that believes open communication is better than conflict in a civilized society. I am that crazy US citizen that volunteers every day to help others.

Jackson NH opened a joy in my heart that makes what I did seem worth it. The Memory of what Jackson NH did will all ways be with me. Jackson NH is a Hero to me.

US Military Christmas 12-18-08

I do not remember much of yesterday. I helped a friend fix his broken trucks and snow plows. It was like I was in a repair shed on some isolated base fixing aircraft recovery gear. The day was long and cumbersome, as is every day. I would see or hear something about Christmas being just around the corner and a deep loneliness would take over my body. Dreams of seeing someone “round eyed girl” that wrote me letters every day or wake up in a house with a real bed. The wishes and wants would be so deep, yet the loud noises of the jets being launched or stopped would bring me back to reality. A single sniper shot rings in a distance to put the convoy’s attention to the thought of death. For the entire year I do not remember what Christmas is like the year before. Each year I camouflage the loneliness as not to ruin others belief’s, but my memory takes me back through every one since then during this week. I do not remember the events just the years of loneliness and isolation when so much is around me to remember during the Christmas season.

I write letters. My letters supposedly are read by many, many people. Reality is that no one exists because nothing changes. There are no people in white hats that stop the criminals in black caps. We have no Constitution that protect the people from government wrongs. Our society is not equal protection of the law for everyone because elected officials have to much power. Cop killers get the death sentence while criminal judges, government officials and cops get a slap on the writ. Prosecutors violate the Constitution with the judges permission because the courts are biased and believe the defendant is guilty so what is the harm. The newspapers tarnish the character of innocent people to help make society agree with wrongful government actions. It just depends on whom you know. I write these letters home because they allow me to live in a dream world that does not exist where I am at.

My letters are this Marine’s way of telling the world enough is enough. If judge Peter Fauver committed crimes against the people he must be stopped. The Madbury NH selectmen used government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents for personal reasons. The VA stopped my medical care. NH locked me up as a terrorist in jail. I am 100% disabled! Do I exist? I have volunteered to help fellow Marines out because someone has to care. I believe that I volunteer to help other U.S. citizens out every day because I want to believe that what so many died fighting for, (OUR FREEDOM) will not be in VAIN. I do not remember because I have no idea if this night mare will ever end. I have violated no laws. My only shame in life is the loneliness that I remember during this joyous time of year.

I HOPE AND PRAY THAT THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DOES EXIST AND SOME DAY I GET TO COME HOME TO HER.

US Marine’s Leter 12.17-08

US Marine’s Leter 12.17-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

We have talked about this many times, yet no one cares. Frankly it makes me prouder and stronger to represent so many with out any one understanding the consequences. It is like when I was a Marine Sgt with no memory. I had no understanding of situations or anything in life because of my TBI. (traumatic Brain Injury) I rose to the rank of Sgt with the mental capacity of a child because I did not understand. My only wish was to live long enough to see the nation that I was fighting for at least once before I gave my life for her. I worked hard and tried to learn about every thing that I could. I had and have a short term memory problem but there are ways to work around this. I believe that I came back to the “world” US and started volunteering as a way to say thank you for all those that I learned would never come home. I volunteer every single day to help others with out a thought because they deserve to have someone remember. The Veterans Administration has violated the law to harm a veteran and no one cares. The State of NH has violated the Law to harm a Veteran and no one cares. NH’s US Rep has violated the law to harm a veteran and no one cares. Governor Lynch uses the State and local police to harm a veteran and no one cares. To accept that no one cares is wrong. I have to believe this is one of those times that we just wait and wait for the action to start. Not wanting to wake up to stop this night mare is my first choice because the true battle will be worse. I know from what I learned from others that the United States of America has equal justice for all. The United States of America has a constitution that protect the average citizen from government wrongs.

I hope some day to be lucky enough to come home and see this great nation that so many other Marines talk about.

Veteran’s World 12-17-08

Veteran’s World 12-17-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

What do you do when you REACH and there is nothing to reach for? When some one yells for help in the woods and no one is around, is any noise made? Veterans across the United States stay silent because we have nothing to reach or yell for. We are stereo typed by history to silence to protect the innocent that we did it for, from what we did for them! Society shows respect for veterans but fails to allow the veteran’s reach to touch. The Veteran’s reach is left in the air not for punishment or disrespect but because eighty nine percent can not grasp the demented experiences of a Veteran. Society trains doctors and councilor’s but training only touches the air after the Veteran’s reach pasted. Education and training can not reach the enormous difficulties brought on by the silent demons experience built. What is left but to reach for that eternal light.

Words of wisdom from a Veteran labeled with a mental disorder that allows society to neglect and isolate him. Society allows the VA to stop my medical to teach me that the freedom that Veteran’s gave for is not for veterans. This Veteran’s medical care is only allowed if this veteran does not write opinion letters. The person in charge of the NH veterans administration is allowed to tell this veteran to commit suicide or take mind altering drugs. This veteran’s medical is restarted but limited and sub-standard. A clear and documented record of all these criminal acts exist and yet no one speaks. Laws are violated and no one will answer this veteran’s reach as he yells with no sound.

I have violated no laws and I volunteer every day to help others. This loss of freedom started when a Madbury family out of the blue called me in Lee for help. Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the courts to aid government abuse. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents that the selectmen do not like. The NH supreme court covered up the case. I volunteer my time because US citizens must help other’s stop government abuse against any citizen.

The Foster’s daily Democrat has mocked me and labeled me, to in able the public to reject me. The NH governor labeled me a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months under the Patriot Act. The bogus charges were eventually dropped. The State and local police harass my family. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff to arrest (detain) me to stop my letters. Yet I continue to write letters every day because my comfort does not matter when I see what Veterans over the history of the US gave be lost in vain.

We have built a nation of “Blue Walls”. Each group protect their own out of loyalty to their group. If you fail to belong you are left to reach for nothing. The ethical belief of printing the truth no longer exists. The opinion of the people is selected to reach only those whom speak the same opinion.

I did not sleep last night as many nights in the past. I traveled (in my mind) to some place you as a society do not want to reach for. I am nothing special. There are many veterans that have reached over the history of this nation for help with nothing to touch or hear our REACH.

A VETERAN’S OPINION IS CENSORED FROM EVERY NEWSPAPER ACROSS THE UNITED STATES BECAUSE SOCIETY CAN NOT ACCEPT THAT A VETERAN WOULD REACH FOR SOMETHING SO SIMPLE AS HELP.

Newspapers talk 12-16-08

Newspapers talk 12-16-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Newspapers print some of the most useless articles when so much other is happening that effects every US citizen. The Newspapers Print letters to the editor that complain about how during this natural disaster people help each other. Letters about pets and complaints against a society for not giving someone something. Volunteering is my way of life. I help others every day since 1974 when I came back from a conflict. The other day someone complained about how a 100% disabled veteran could volunteer to help others so much. The answer is that I tolerate the pain. Excepting the episodes of reliving things and place most people (luckily) will never have to experience (a conflict). Not remembering my own child’s name. Forgetting where I am. I accept what has been handed down to me because I was lucky enough to come back alive. Now the question is? Reality did I ever come back or is this my punishment for doing what I did as a US Marine? Am I still over there dreaming of what it is like back here. Every one should volunteer and the newspapers should promote it. Volunteering is help to make life better.

We have laws and a Constitution that the State of New Hampshire has violated to inflict pain and suffering on a 100% disabled Veteran. The VA has accepted this punishment being dealt to a 100% disabled veteran. The VA has helped the State of NH by stopping this Veteran’s medical care for service related injuries. The newspapers not only refuse to print the facts, they refuse to print the opinion letters of this 100% disabled Veteran. The VA restarted my medical to fix the books so that no one believes my medical was stopped. My medical is now sub-standard. Society has cast me aside as a mental case which if I am, it is because I gave my life to keep society free. The VA went so far as to tell this 100% disabled Veteran to commit suicide or take drugs. The newspapers have separated this veteran as if I have a contagious incurable disease. What is Freedom of the Press? Why has this Veteran’s Constitutional Rights been stopped?

I volunteered my time to help a Madbury NH family that asked. Judge Peter Fauver used the courts and laws to inflict pain and harm on this family. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to seek and get revenge on this family for personal reasons. The Constitution was written to stop just such criminal acts by the courts and government. The NH Supreme Court covered up this case.

These crimes effect every US citizen. Returning Veterans even today are being denied. This is not just me. It is every citizen of the US including people that work for and own the newspapers. You (meaning society) are not just cutting my throat, You are cutting your own and do not even know it.

Every one of you should be asking how a 100% disabled Veteran can write such a letter and it is not printed on the front page of every US newspaper. I can write such a libelous letter because the truth will stand on it’s own. This letter would only be libelous if it were not the truth. If you do not believe this letter and all my letters are the truth then “Ask why they can not stop my letters”. These people are afraid of the truth coming out.

The truth how NH destroyed a 100% disabled Veteran will some day be told.

The truth about how the citizens of the US knowingly allowed this will be known.

Peter Macdonald Sgt USMC Semper Fi

PS every one can help by asking your newspaper why they censor a Veteran’s letters asking for help?

United States What happen? 12-15-08

United States What happen? 12-15-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

What ever happen to the U.S.A the nation where the people could and were encouraged to speak the truth. Express the opinion of the people with freedom of speech so that no idea was deprived by government interference and government wrongs could be expressed freely so the public could correct them. What ever happen to newspapers trying to get the scoop and openly informing the world no matter which people with power that the truth may harm. Ethics and Moral Responsibility no longer matter in the U.S. The idea’s and lessons that I learned as a U.S. Marine wanting to some day have a chance to live where only ones laziness or criminal acts could stop self improvement and a better life for all (the US). I was a US Marine surviving in a combat zone with no memory of life prior to being shipped overseas. Is history wrong and this land of the people, never really existed. I am a 100% disabled veteran that is confused and some how caught in a world that I do not belong. What ever happen. But why did it happen?

I have violated no laws. As a matter of facts not breaking a law is my primary function because of what and whom I am. I have volunteered every day to help others since I returned in seventy four. Public elected officials across NH and the US encourage me to continue but just don’t use their names. I write this letter because a few minutes ago in Durham NH several individuals separately came up to me at different times asking where I have been and why I no longer write letters to the editor in the newspapers. I had not seen these people in several (if not longer) years ( I did not even know whom they were) but they knew me. My volunteering has helped a great number of people in the 30 plus years. So why has the editor’s labeled me and cast me to the dogs. The editor’s are trying to hang on to a section of readers; not realizing it is the entire U.S. that we must think of as one. What happens to me, effects every one of each newspaper’s readers. The editors may not like it that I have taken on judges, government officials and others with out fear or hesitation. There can be no doubt in anyone’s mind about placing the welfare of the U.S. first and fore most. I am a United States Marine that believe in the United States of America. The U.S. has turned it’s back on me, but I believe in her.

The editor’s cover the facts that the VA stopped my VA medical. They cover the facts of the criminal acts committed by people with power. Judge Peter Fauver used the powers of the court to criminally violate the constitution to harm other US citizens. Fauver allowed the Madbury NH selectmen to use government powers to seek and get revenge on local residents that the selectmen do not like. The NH supreme court covered up the case. NH elected officials allowed an innocent citizens to be locked up as a terrorist when no crime was committed, as a weapon to scare any one from helping him.

Every citizen reading this letter should ask every newspaper why it is not printed. Whom is the editors protecting. The editors are hurting every United States Citizen. What happen can only be changed by you.

I am in such pain and turmoil that I hope the end is near, but I will continue to volunteer to help others because not to volunteer is to accept they win.
