Underground and NHLA Forums. 6-20-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

The VA suicide Hotline started harassing phone calls again. My chance of winning public office must be worrying them. The problem is people tell me every day that someone must step forward and change government back to the people. People tell me that they do not like my letters. People every day call me to help them with some problem, Yard work, just a friend to talk to, many different things. Government departments call me to volunteer. I set my pain and medical problems aside to teach your children as a volunteer. I stop on the street to talk to people in need. I have helped complete strangers wire their new home because they ran out of money. Everyday I volunteer help people to make change for the better. I do not tell these people that I help my name if I can avoid it. I volunteer to help others not for self gratitude or rewards. I volunteer because I came back alive. I watched better men than me give their lives for the United States of America. I can not control the VA or government but I can let people know the truth.

You the people are tired of hearing that I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Our elected officials refuse to get involved with me because I do not fit their political profile. Can you imagine elected officials being so scare of the powerful that they refuse to help a voter. Can you imagine elected officials afraid to take on a judge. Can you imagine elected officials taking a 100% disabled veteran’s freedom on bogus charges for 6 months just to teach a U.S. citizen who has the power. Then drop the charges. Can you imagine the VA stopping a disabled Veteran’s medical just for their own political self gain. We the people can not be tired, if our nation’s future is on the line.

I came back from a conflict with no memory of the U.S. at all. I came back with two more life changing disabilities from separate combat support mission. To this day I can not get the face of the child that I killed deep in the bush out of my head. I am not perfect. I came back to a world that I do not belong. The government one day dropped a trained killer into a civilized society. I have made the best of it and lived a great life. I came back to a civilized society that does not even attempt to help returning veterans.

The underground and the NHLA forums say that they want change. I know a few will put their best effort forward but most just ride the coat tails of others. People have a right to be afraid. In the U.S. we the people can not let government officials use torture, force and other destructive measures to control the people’s free will. I have violated no laws. The NH government, news media, judges and others have violated the Constitution to stop my volunteer helping others. You think that I am making up that crimes are being committed. VA, Boston Globe and NH gov are pushing me to commit suicide. The reason that I can make such outrageous statements is that they are true. Criminal acts are being committed by government personal and the people are to afraid to stop them. My silent echoes of war could be cured with my death. One of my biggest pains is the fact NH Governor Lynch charged me $200.00 to speak with him. He stiffed me because a U.S. Marine (trained Killer) is a security Risk. I volunteer to help your children. A 17 I gave my life for the freedom of elected officials that use safety excuses to make me realize that I am not good enough to be in the same room as the elite. The VA suicide hot line is just another link to question why I had to be lucky enough to come home from a conflict alive. Peter Macdonald Sgt USMC Semper Fi

Response to Patrick J. Buchanan 6-18-08

Response to Patrick J. Buchanan 6-18-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Freedom of the press is on trial in Canada. Maybe we the citizens of the United States should look at our own freedom of the press. Editors no longer print the opinion of the people with out censorship or editing. Thomas Jefferson once wrote “The basis of our government being the opinion of the people”. Daniel Fowle started the first NH newspaper The New Hampshire Gazette still in print today. Fowle a refugee from Massachusetts realized a free press is essential for freedom. Dictatorial regimes thrive on keeping the truth from the public. Fowle described government censorship of the press in “Total Eclipse of Liberty”. The NH Constitution Part First Article 22 “Free speech and liberty of the press are essential to the security of freedom in a state:” Yet NH and the U.S. news media refuse to print the words of a 100% disabled U.S. Marine because my truth full words expose wrongs in government.

Across the United State the truth will ring loudly. The Madbury NH selectmen used government powers to seek and get personal revenge on local resident’s that the selectmen did not like. NH Judge Peter Fauver knowingly with intent to harm other U.S. citizens did violate the Constitution and laws to protect the criminal acts of the Madbury selectmen. The NH Supreme Court did refuse to hear a case (2003-0477) which questioned the integrity of the NH judicial branch of government. The NH governor and other elected officials did use the power of the NH government to cover up such crimes against the peace and dignity of the state of NH. The public is outraged against me because NH used the free press to harm my character with miss truth‘s.

NH arrested me as a terrorist and took my freedom for 6 months before the bogus charges were dropped. NH, U.S. congress woman Shea-Porter used her elected powers to interfere with my VA medical care for service related disabilities. The NH VA director stopped my VA medical for political self gain. I now receive substandard inadequate medical care so the records cover up the crimes. The Boston Globe in writing tells me to commit suicide. The NH State police and VA inspector general in NH tell me to commit suicide. The Free Press ignores the facts even when documented.

The Editors may not like my ability to state the truth in writing. Freedom of the press is to allow the public to criticize government officials to expose wrongs in government. Freedom is for the news media to inform the public when the elected officials and judges use government powers to harm a 100% disabled Veteran so openly and publicly. I volunteer to help this Madbury family and I am publicly and physically and finically harmed.

A commentary that questions another country’s Freedom of the Press while violating the main premise of it’s own U.S. Constitution Deserve this 100% disabled Veterans Opinion.

“Bunker Hill NH men fought bravely” Response 6-17-08

“Bunker Hill NH men fought bravely” Response 6-17-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Remembering Patriots that fought for the United States is not as important as remembering what they gave their lives for. Government controlled newspapers, tax with out representation, brutal beatings, appointed officials not elected and much more. Bunker Hill battle was fought by men willing to give their lives for this nation. Our military today are just the same. This is why I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat. My words are silenced by editors that see no need to allow the voters to hear the truth. I am a 100% disabled Veteran. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with three serious life changing disabilities. Two injuries came in separate combat support missions. The Editors have no trouble with articles that harm my character. Have the editors forgot that We the People are where the Patriots come from?

Editors silence that the Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to get revenge on local residents for personal reasons. Editors silence the facts that Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Constitution and laws to intentionally harm other NH residents to protect the Madbury Selectmen. Editors silence the fact that the NH Supreme Court refuse to hear a case that questioned the integrity of the judicial branch of the NH government. (case 2003-0477) The facts are documented in court papers. Editors refuse to tell it’s readers that U.S.NH congress woman Shea-Porter used her government powers to interfere with my VA medical care for service related disabilities to stop my letters. Editors refuse to inform the public that the VA intentionally stopped my VA medical care to stop my letters to the editor. Editors refuse to tell the public that I now receive substandard medical care just so the paper work covers up the crimes. The editors were opened mouth when NH arrested me as a terrorist and took my freedom for six months. The Editors become silent when the charges were dropped 4 days before the trial. Editors refusing to print the opinion of the people to correct the wrongs in government is not remembering what Patriots gave their lives for.

The Boston Globe sent me e-mail telling me to commit suicide. The NH State police and VA officials in NH have told me to commit suicide. These facts are documented. I will be honest, Suicide is on my mind everyday for what I did as a U.S. Marine. I see the face of the child I killed in hand to hand combat to take my M-16 back and escape while on convoy deep in the Bush. I re-live the subhuman conditions every day of where I have been and what I did. I joined the Marine Corps at 17.

The Boston Globe and all the news media refuse to print my response. I am a U.S. Patriot that gave my life to defend and protect our U.S. Constitution. Remembering Patriots is nothing if we forget why we gave our lives for you. Truth is a powerful weapon

Becoming Nazi’s 6-16-08

Becoming Nazi’s 6-16-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Why the Nazi’s tried to take over the world. The news now selects candidates they want the voters to elect. Internet effects newspaper readership. Iwa Jima veteran’s now become intro’s so reporters (that never served) can talk about themselves. We the people seem to not see the writing on the wall.

I served during the Vietnam conflict. I came back with 3 separate life changing disabilities. Two came during separate combat support missions. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat. Local and state newspapers write huge articles about the other candidates. I get two words in one paper while they are talking about the others (My Name). I missed the writing on the wall “Veterans fight to defend your rights. The returning Veteran has no rights because of what we did to defend yours”.

Editors, Judges and government officials may not like what I stand for. My platform is clear. I will fight for every one of you equally as I did as a U.S. Marine and all veterans do over the history of the U.S. The Madbury NH selectmen violated the Constitution when they used government powers to get revenge for personal reasons on local residents. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal for knowingly allowing and committing constitutional crimes himself to cover up the Madbury selectmen’s crimes. The NH supreme Court refused to accept a case that questioned the integrity of the NH judicial branch to protect their dominant’s over the citizens. (case 2003-0477) The NH government uses the State, local police and Strafford county sheriff to intimidate me to stop my letters to the editor. I loose my freedom for 6 months because of bogus charges that are dropped 4 days before the trial. U.S. NH congress woman Shea-Porter uses here position to interfere with my VA medical (for service related injuries) to stop me. My VA medical is stopped as a means to get me to stop. Editors, judges and government officials may not like me but I will be heard.

It is like the only way to stop government crimes is as we did the Nazi’s. Newspapers loose readers not because of the internet, but because they are now biased. By, law newspapers can not favor one candidate over another but what does the average citizen do when the courts are corrupt. Facts of my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps are not as fantastic as others. I am a no body. You have no idea what it is like not to be able to forget what I did. The pain in my body and head was so bad yesterday I could not even write a letter. The Concord Monitor on May 28 wrote an unbiased article on me. It told both sides. I am happy not because it favored me but because it was the truth. The Nazi’s called it their way of life, is that what we want.

Every newspaper in NH, (local and state) and the U.S. should be compelled to tell every U.S. citizen what award winning newspapers in NH think of veterans. The people will some day learn the (Biased) news harmed a Veteran to cover up crimes by the newspapers, government and judges. There is not much they can do to stop my words from echoing across the world short of killing me. Will they do to me what the Nazi’s did to so many innocent people. Have a great fathers day.

Editor’s words. 6-14-08

Editor’s words. 6-14-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Out Rage: that newspapers across the United States are not standing for the one principle they exist for. Unbiased reporting of the news. Ironic that our military give their lives so that the world symbol of “Freedom of the Press” can live. Our military do this (give their lives) act for all U.S. citizens equally. The thing is that I receive e-mails daily from editors across the U.S. (because of Ray Duckler’s May 28 article “He’s making his case, day by day”) telling me that my story is not their region, does not interest their readers, was sent to more than one newspaper. My story interests everyone in the U.S. I volunteer to help people every day. Race, color, creed, rich or poor it does not matter. I volunteer help people in every county of NH. The Concord Monitor article was well written and covered both sides of the issue. The article gave people the truth, explaining that I am not a bad person. The government just wants you to think that so that no one will support freedom. I wish that I could feel out rage toward the people violating the constitution (newspapers, judges and government officials). Out Rage does not belong in a civilized society.

I am a 100% disabled Veteran. Does the state of NH and the VA have the right to use my service connected medical condition to harm me? This is a crime. Does the NH governor Lynch have the right to charge me $200.00 to speak with him and stiff me? This is a crime. Does NH have the right to use the State and local police along with the Strafford county sheriff to harass me to stop my writing letters to the editor? This is a crime. Does the NH supreme court have the right to allow judges to violate the Constitution intentionally to harm other U.S. citizens (case 2003-0477? This is a crime.

Our military, do not care about State, region or even know the people that they are fighting and giving their lives for. I am running for District 21 NH state senate seat and the newspapers refuse to announce my candidacy. Every editor and newspapers across the U.S. should and needs to print my letters. My letters expose the crippling effect the news media can have when they violate the principle that so many of our children over the history of the U.S. gave their lives for. Freedom of the press exists as a means for the average citizen to expose government wrongs. A 100% disabled Veteran running for public office being tortured and harmed by judges government officials and the news media to stop his chances of being elected are the principle “We the People” stands for, being diminished. Every newspaper in the U.S. should print Ray Duckler’s article so that the people understand what the unbiased reporting of the news is.

Macdonald Volunteers again 6-12-08

Macdonald Volunteers again 6-12-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

The way people tell me that I am a danger to society, a mental case, someone that just rambles on the same subject day after day how is it that every day I volunteer to help others. Kind of ironic that you trust me with your children, yet you allow the State of NH to put me in jail as a terrorist. Today will be my third and finally day of helping Strafford County Conservation do their yearly teaching. Children from around NH (Dover, Hampton, Berlin, Manchester, Derry, Rochester and many others are bused in. This year I have been doing the erosion tent, teaching children how water can effect our lives if we do not control it. I have an assistant this year. A girl that just graduated from Oyster River and is headed to Cornell University. She is great for some one so young. When I forget or get stuck with what to say, she naturally fills the words as if it was planned. The Children and teachers are great also. The Children are well behaved and attentive to what we are saying. The classroom is a 10’x10’ canopy tent with six bales of hay set in front of a model of several different types of erosion. We have ten minutes to grab the children’s interest, of the rest of their lives before the next group seats. I believe that we do that by talking about how in their own back yards erosion occurs. We talk with the child for their ideas of how to solve the problems. We grab their minds for only ten minutes but deep in their memories the thoughts grow for the rest of their lives.

I volunteer across the state of NH every day helping others. It was inspiring to see so many young adults volunteering at the Strafford County event this year. Volunteering is a way to give and the thanks is seeing how it helps others and builds a nation.

The people of NH see me as what the state and news media want, so that you are afraid of me. I have violated no laws yet, you allow the state to destroy my family and I because I speak openly about the wrongs in government. The news media refuses to announce that I am running for state senate, but they announce others daily. I volunteer every day of the year since 1974, when I returned from a conflict helping others.

Ironic how the State of NH and the news media can openly inflict harm on my character (in violation of the law and Constitution) Yet you trust me with the minds of your children.

Veteran stopped 6-7-08

Veteran stopped 6-7-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

How can the news media in the U.S. be such Hippocrates? Other Candidates running for the NH State Senate get stories written about them by the newspapers before they even register for office. The news media may not appreciate that my words (although they may hurt people with good reputations) are documented facts. I have not violated the law, but I go out of my way to volunteer help others every day since 1974 when I returned from a conflict. I will be volunteering to help the Strafford county conservation commission teach children next week. I can volunteer teach your children, help in the communities every day by volunteering, and many other things, yet I am not good enough for the public to be informed that I am running for public office. The Concord Monitor’s article by Ray Deckler “He’s making his case, day by day” on May 28 at least told the truth. I have gone out of my way to make life better for all equally since I returned in 74. I do not want your thanks or pity. I want to be treated equally under the Constitution. How can the news media insist on the right to free press when they censor those facts that they do not want the public to know?

Granted I do have three permanent disabilities receive during separate incidents during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. Two came during separate combat support missions. I am 100% disabled, service connected. I write about my disabilities and how they effect my life every day. I am running for public office and the public has the right to decide, not the news media or the NH government. NH with the help of the VA stopped my medical care for disabilities received during my tour. I received in writing from the Boston Globe and words from the VA telling me to commit suicide. The NH government sends the State Police to my house to tell me to commit suicide because my letters are effecting the system in Concord. These are facts NH officials are afraid that if I get elected will become public. If I get elected I will speak freely about the criminal acts in our courts and government. I will bring NH back to the people. I will work to lower taxes and less government interference in our lives. My disabilities were received protecting our freedom yet the news limits freedom by censorship.

I have dreamed every day of killing myself since I returned. I came back to a world that I do not belong. I committed acts in the line of duty as a U.S. Marine that to this day this civilized society can not accept or want to understand. I do not feel shame or guilt for what I did, for this reason society makes us Veterans feel condemned . I live every day in the shadow of what I did, with the daily reminder by re-living these events in my head. I look and act as an every day citizen. I do not show my pain or display my need to die. Even people that know me do not know that I am disabled. I talk about my personal events happening in my head on paper because to wine to others is not me. My dreams changed when at 17 I became a U.S. Marine. VA promoting suicide is a crime.

I tell all to read the May 28 article. It tells the good and bad of me. Has the news media down graded it’s ethics so far that investigating the truth by reading another newspaper can not happen? Does the news media now use the Constitution for self protection while harming the people that it was meant to protect? “We the people:. The Words “There is nothing so powerful as truth” are words that can make the news media Hippocratic when they fail to live by them.

Peter Macdonald’s condition 6-06-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Peter is officially a candidate for District 21 NH State senate. Some people like boggier Fenwaydav believe what the newspapers have told of me. I am a criminal, nut, terrorist and many more bad adjectives. I am a United States Marine that places his country and the America people first. The NH underground.com forum bloggers have questions about my character. I tell every one to read on May 28-08 Concord Monitor, Ray Deckler’s article “He’s making his case, day by day”. I volunteer to help people. I do every thing possible to benefit my community and State. I am not afraid to speak up when I see something that I believe is wrong. This NH Judge retired but he made a lot of what I call criminal decisions that destroyed other people’s lives that violated the Constitution. I do not complain, I state facts that can be verified, if the newspapers wanted to print the truth. The Madbury NH selectmen with intent to seek revenge against a local family used the courts to enforce acts of discrimination and other criminal violations of our Constitution. These facts are documented in court records. I dare write facts like this because the truth is a powerful weapon. The NH courts and government have violated the law and Constitution to harm my family and I: to stop my exposing the truth. No matter what harm the courts and state have inflicted it does not stop me. Our military give their lives to stop such domination in other countries are we to ignore it in the United States.

I have serious medical conditions that I received during my tour in the U.S. Marine Corps. I talk about them so that the voters and public have the entire story. Facts and truth is what makes me continue. People like the Free State and others talk about taking America back but you must be willing to do all, not just talk. The man in charge of the VA in Manchester NH is using my medical condition to attempt to stop my letters. This man told me to commit suicide or start taking medication. These are crimes stated in public and government documents that no one will listen. NH governor Lynch charged me money to speak with him and he stiffed me. Ray Deckler’s article finally give the reason. This is a crime in it self. The NH courts declared me a terrorist and took my freedom to stop my letters. I have not violated the law. I volunteer to help others to make America Better. The courts and government have violated the law and Constitution and the news media refuses to inform the public of the truth. I am running for District 21 State senate because NH needs someone willing at all costs to stand up for our Constitution and place the people’s rights above all else, even ones self image and comfort. I at 17, joined the U.S. Marine Corps and went off to the Vietnam Conflict. Does Freedom of the press give me the right to let the American People know that I am running for district 21 NH state senate seat or do disabled Veterans have less rights than others.

Consequences and Pain 6-05-08

Consequences and Pain 6-05-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

I am officially a candidate for District 21 NH State Senate

Last night I did not sleep very well because of all the twitching and movement caused by the mussel spasms in my back and head pain. I brought this on my self because yesterday I went back to the Maine Coast to volunteer help a lady with cancer fix her house. I delayed filing with the State for District 21 senate seat, to help some one in need just seemed the right thing to do. To sit around the house knowing that if I do anything, that the pain will get worse, live a life, of a vegetable. I prefer to suffer in pain, avoid medication and make something of my life. I have a head injury from a car accident just after boot camp. I to this day have no memory of my life before the accident. I did the next 31 months overseas during the Vietnam Conflict because of an administration error. I should have received a medical discharge. I rose to the rank of Sgt receiving two more disabilities during separate combat support mission. Last year a VA Dr. told me that I suffer from PTSD because, since I came back to the “World” U.S. that I relive traumatic events deep in the “bush” as American Advisor on Convoys. The VA committed a crime by stopping a 100% service connected disabled Veteran’s medical for political self gain. My VA medical has been restored but it is substandard and inadequate. I now receive this care so the paper work demonstrates care is given to cover up the crimes.

I watched the Red Sox on TV last night only to keep slipping into a state of depression. The Depression was not from the pain, it was because nothing makes since. Men playing games, while our children go off to war to die. I kept flashing back to Armed Services network listening to the Red Sox. I watched men in my platoon get hit by hung ordinance or blown off the runway. I feel the consequences of my lack of compassion or ability to give aid until the mission was completed. The cold hard attitude that I demonstrated with others lives to fight for a country that I had no memory of. The ability that in hand to hand combat I could stick a bayonet in another human being with out guilt and move on to the next mission. This event is a daily event in my life. I have relived these events over and over. It is the Consequence for what Veterans have given to this nation.

I am not asking for you to give Veterans pity. There are many veterans out their that are completely normal. I am not asking for any special hand outs to Veterans. We should be treated as every day citizens with equal rights. I am asking that the laws protect Veterans equally to all other citizens of the United States. I am running for District 21 Senate seat because we need someone in office that will represent all the citizens equally with out fear from the consequences for rocking the Boat.

Biased News Reporting 6-02-08

Biased News Reporting 6-02-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

The news media has gone out of it’s way to harm my character in the public eye. People: I announced that I am running for NH State Senate district 21 and the news tells of other candidates running but ignores my words. Do the public have a right to know whom is running for public office. Does the news media have a right because they are privately owned companies to inform the public of only the people they believe are note worthy running for office.

I write a letter every day telling of wrongs in our government that harm the people. The News media refuse to print my opinion letters because they are a privately owned companies and they do not like my opinion. An editor in the paper today talked about the internet and how it does not carry the news. The internet carries peoples opinion of what is happening and the newspapers can not stop the peoples words because of the public’s access. That is news that is not censored Believe it or not my letters are carried across the USA. People from across the U.S. read my letters and many call me. I do not hide behind false statements in my letters. If the Rose is red, I have no problem telling you that no matter what the consequences are. Truth and honesty with the people are my goal. I am a disabled Veteran. I suffer with a head injury which can at times cripple me. I suffer with a broken back which at times cripples me. I suffer with nerve damage in both ears which at times can bring silence into my world. I have since I came back to the USA “world” suffered with flash-backs to times during my convoys as an American Advisor across Thailand, Laos and Cambodia delivering surplus supplies to friendly camps. The fact that I was injured defending this great nation gives the news media the right to silence my opinion? I have written about my desire since I came back in 74 to kill my self. Do the people have a right to know the truth. I like many Veterans came back to a “world” that we do not belong.

I give the Concord Monitor and Ray Deckler credit because they after 8 years of my letter writing decided to check my facts, because the copy editor thought there “might be a story in it” or “was I just Looney”? The article ran on May 28 “He’s making his case, day by day” The article told the good and bad of me. It was the truth so I appreciated the honesty and unbiased reporting. They found that I am an average person.

You the people have a right to be informed of the truth. Some people may not like my letters. Some people say my letters are to repetitive. Some people believe my facts are to outrageous to be true. Most people appreciate my honesty. The People have a right to the unedited opinion that exposes the wrongs in government. The editor may not believe facts but is it his job to censor the truth. The fact is from the NH governor to judges, state and local police and the Strafford county sheriff have violated our Constitution to intentionally harm the people. Do you know why I can openly say this, because it is the truth. Our government and the Veterans Administration have violated the law to stop me but I do not quit. The News media refuse to inform the people but I continue. I am a United States Marine and I place our country USA above every thing else including my life and comfort.

VA Promotes suicide and no one listens. 6-1-08

VA Promotes suicide and no one listens. 6-1-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

The NH Veteran’s Inspector General tells a Veteran (me) to commit suicide or start taking medication (I had the statement logged in my VA medical record. The Boston Globe tells me (in writing) to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. The State Police tell me that my suicide would help the system in Concord NH because my letters are overwhelming them. Suicide would stop the flash-backs to what I did for a nation that can not accept. I want to thank Ray Deckler for a May 28 article in the Concord Monitor. “”He’s making his case, day by day” I bet I have received over 100 phone calls or people stopping to see my art pile so far. Mostly the calls were from Veterans telling me of sad stories of how the VA has miss treated them. My letters are carried on over 7 different blogs nation wide. The Associated Press picks up my letters. The NH government and courts have committed crimes to stop my letters. The Secret Service, FBI and others from the Federal Government along with the NH state police, Strafford County Sheriff and local Police continuously harass my family. A NH congress woman gets my VA medical stopped for service connected injuries for her demented reason, I am 100% disabled. The truth is so unbelievable that the news would rather censor it than investigate it. How can I write a complaint letter and have the American people to afraid to speak in my behalf and all the Checks and Balances in the USA government fail? Does the VA secretly have a policy of suicide for Veterans that speak the truth openly. Why has the VA not weeded out harm to Veterans?

This is an opinion letter from a 100% disabled U.S. Marine that has two of his three injuries combat related. This is a complaint letter sent directly to the VA and government officials. This is a letter exposing criminal acts by NH Governor Lynch whom charged me money to speak with him and he stiffed me. This is a letter from a Disabled U.S. Veteran that the news has degraded my character in the public eye so bad, purpose no longer exists. This is a letter from a disabled Veteran that the NH governor’s aid tells reporters is a “security risk” this is why the veteran is publicly degraded. It is in writing.

The Concord Monitor has investigated the story. The news media still refuses to print my opinion letters. The Keene Press blog prints my letters unedited. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”. The Constitution was written to stop this very abusive of power acts. Veterans are harmed because we came back to a nation that we do not belong. You the VA officials, Government workers, News media and public just refuse to understand. We are easier to dismiss as hazards or criminal than treat like people. We the Veteran’s committed acts for your freedom that the USA public can not accept. I can not blame the public. I am discussed also I volunteer every day to help others, I will harm no one. Biased news reporting now makes the truth harmful to the public. I have to go. I just left reality or I can feel it coming.

NH Senate Candidate 5-31 08

NH Senate Candidate 5-31 08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

I noticed today District 12 run for senate seat, the candidate was announced in the paper. Last week they announced district 21. In a letter to the editor over a month ago I announced that I was running for district 21 state senate seat. These newspapers pay reporters to write announcements for these other candidates. I write my own for free and they ignore someone that volunteers every day to help other people. Telling the voters that I am running for district 21 senate seat is the news media‘s moral, ethical and legal obligation . The newspapers in the state of NH have had a field day destroying my character in the public eye. They have purposely miss lead the public to believe that I am a bad, bad person. On May 28 Ray Deckler of the Concord Monitor wrote an article on what has happen to me. “He’s making his case day by day” The article was good because it was honest. It told both sides with out bias. I hope the public will some day notice how unfair the news media has been not just to me but Veterans across the board. I hope some day the news media will read Ray Deckler’s article and learn the basics of writing for the public to read.

I served in the Marine Corps 70-74. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict 100% disabled. I have volunteered every day since I came home to help others. Ray Deckler’s article is not all complements to me. I have nothing to hide. I am not perfect. I am honest and will talk with those that want to hear the truth. My reason for volunteering is because I came back alive and by all rights I should not have. Many better men than I gave their lives to protect the rights guaranteed by our Constitution for you. I owe them the respect to see that what they gave their lives for is not in VAIN. I have talked about suicide. I dream of suicide every day since I came back because of what I did as a U.S. Marine to protect our nation’s freedom.

Many people have a false impression of me, because of what the newspapers have stated as facts. I am a disabled United States Marine that came home to a country that I do not belong. I have tried every day to do good and help others. I have not violated the law, yet NH has put me in jail as a terrorist to stop my writing letters to the editor. Elected public officials have interfered with my VA medical to stop my letters. VA officials see that I get inferior medical care now so the paper work covers up crimes.

Does this sound “Looney”. This is what happens when someone will give his life to see that the people are represented first. I place the people’s rights above that of the courts, judges, or any government official. I will not stop, to see that the public is represented first at all cost to me. As the Lee Police Chief Chet Murch stated “he just go on and on.

I do not have much money. Between the State of NH’s criminal acts. The Governor charging me to talk, then stiffing me. The VA stopping my medical. My Volunteer helping others. Three daughters in college. I believe it is my obligation to run. Concord needs someone willing to stand for the people and get the job done.

Read Ray Deckler’s article and learn about me before you judge me.

Governor Lynch Why? 5-30-08

Governor Lynch Why? 5-30-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

I am exhausted today. I have sharp shooting pains in my head. My back feels like someone is hitting it with a 2”x4”, my lower cafes hurt and my ears are buzzing. I am alive and for that reason we must look positive. Today I can not remember a single thing that I did yesterday, so lets start fresh. Frequently I have days or events that I can not recall at all, it is part of my disability. This morning I read an article from the Concord Monitor about me. Maybe now the Governor of NH will learn that I am not a bad person. I talk and shake Lynch’s hand every time that we bump into each other. We have a friendly chat and each time he takes my Phone # and tells me he will call. He never does. Now I can under stand the reason that his aid Colin Manning says. This 100% service connected disabled U.S. Marine is a security risk. I paid Two hundred dollars to the Portsmouth Little League charity to have lunch with Lynch. I asked on live radio before biding at the auction if I was high bidder will the Governor have lunch with me. On live Radio the answer was yes so I bid the top. I have the receipt from 1270 Am Radio of Dover NH whom held the auction. This radio news station held the auction and knows the facts but will not stand up for what they pledged. The local and state newspapers refuse to print my opinion letters because they claim they are repetitive. The Concord Monitor did some investigating and found that what I write is the truth. If what I say is so repetitive why is the State of NH and the VA still violating the law to inflict harm on me every single day. The Concord Monitor tells the other half, the part that the news should have by all ethical and moral law printed every one of my letters from the beginning. I gave my life as a child for your freedom and you treat not just me but many Veterans like the trash. Veterans should at least be in titled to the same rights that we protected for you.

I am now dizzy and the pain in my head is beyond reason so I must stop.

U.S. Preference 5-29-08

U.S. Preference 5-29-08

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls rd Lee NH 03824 603-659-6217

Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor is the author of the Mystery article. I drove to Northwood to get an extra copy yesterday. I was amazed to read it. The article tells both sides. One has to wonder why the local newspapers or any newspaper could not have told the truth years ago. The article tells the good and bad of me. I have no problems with that. The article tells the good and bad of the other side. I hope they can except it being made public. No one should be stopped from communicating to the public. We have the online papers like the Keene Press and I thank them for their complete coverage of my situation. The Concord Monitor is a newspaper passed around the street that the citizen that does not understand computers, or to tired to get into the computer, will read. Reading with that morning cup of coffee people will now have a chance to learn freedom is not free. Ray Duckler needs to be praised for his willingness to write that what was not popular with the power hungry click of the Concord Boys club.

While coming back from Northwood on a back road, I passed a pick up truck in pretty poor condition being loaded by a man with a walking problem in both legs and an elderly gentleman. The man was collecting medal to sell for money to live on and the old man was trying to clean out his yard. They met at the local grocery store a day or two earlier in the parking lot. The man with the walking problem helped the old man whom was having a problem loading groceries into the car. Refusing to take money the old man still wanted to help the other out. He noticed the man’s truck loaded with medal and assumed he collected it to sell. Having a yard filled with medal from years past, he offered to pay the man to clean his yard. The man refused the money but would take the medal to sell. I passed by as the last were being loaded. I stopped for a few minutes, helped them load the last two pieces, talked a short time and left.

I tell you this for two reasons. One I am not a Terrorist as the state contents. I help people every day. Two, I do not understand but people tend to want to read of good that I do rather than be proud to defend our Constitution. You the people do not understand. I help others for the selfish reason; that I came back alive. I do not belong in a civilized society. Not because I am crazy, or will harm anyone. I did things as a U.S. Marine that disqualifies me. Better men than I gave their lives and I owe them this respect to see that the U.S. is a better place for others to live. I volunteer to help others every day since I came back in 74 because it makes the U.S. better. It is easier to stick your hand out to help others, even if something bits it because that is what Volunteering is all about. People must help others to make life better for all. Like the man in Northwood helped someone having trouble loading groceries.

Volunteering Costs 5-2708

Volunteering Costs 5-2708

Peter Macdonald 465 Packersfalls Rd Lee NH 03824 659-6217

A Person that I have know for a couple years and talk to several times a week over mornings coffee, asked for help. I will call him Paul. I would say Paul is my age in his fifties but I don’t know. A hard worker and friend to everyone even the reluctant. Paul came from a large family, growing up in Berlin NH. His mother died a few years ago but other than the house there was not much. Paul is just the average Joe trying to survive with little money but a heart of gold. Paul works full time to pay for his apartment in Dover NH where he lives alone. Active in his church where he spends a lot of his time volunteering, cleaning up and repairing things. Paul is the type of person that makes the United States a great place to live because he gives without wanting for himself.

The reason that I mention Paul is that he has a dark side. He will volunteer to help every one out. Six months a year Paul volunteers to cut lawns and clean yards for older residents of Dover NH. Paul collects used furniture to give to people in need. With his little money he rents a storage locker to hold things until needed. A older Durham NH resident asked if Paul could remove a couch and other furniture from her house and take to the dump. Being to heavy for one person to move, he asked for my help. Paul found a home for this furniture. A girl just starting on her own at 18 is getting her first apartment but not for a couple weeks. The furniture will go into the storage locker until then, but first he will have to move what fills it now, to the Somersworth needy today.

Here is a man with little for him self, driving a truck with a bad engine and a car that he owes more than it is worth giving to make better for others. Volunteering may cost a lot of the person giving but the reward is gold in it self.
