How do you know when it is time to ask for help? Whom do you trust? Everyone has their own agenda. I came back from 31 months over seas during the Vietnam conflict with no memory of any part of my life prior to leaving the states. After Boot camp I was in a car accident that left me with no memory of my child hood at all (TBI). Because of an Admin error I was sent overseas with the mind of a child. I was injured twice more in two separate combat support missions. Thirty years after coming back from the Vietnam Conflict I am diagnosis with PTSD. I continuously re-live sticking a bayonet into a child younger than the 17 year old Marine wanting to Kill. I had been captured by three of the enemy. I killed to get my M-16 back and escape, when I was deep in the “Bush” as an American Advisor on convoy. Whom do you ask for help when every one back in the “world” has an agenda to disprove that you exist. Should I have killed my self before coming back to a world that I do not belong?

I rose to the rank of Sgt, with no friends because I had no feelings for any one or thing. I needed to complete my mission at any cost. I completed my Marine Corps tour and was dropped into a society that could not accept what I had done or lived for. I was an out-cast with no memory or social skills in a place where every one was protesting the Vietnam War. I went to college where every one was younger than I, telling me what I did was wrong or that it is inconceivable to believe what I experienced. I repressed my feelings and thoughts and eventually married a beautiful woman. I had the ability to achieve anything because I had no feelings or regret for the consequences. I started volunteering to help others because I (for what I did) came back alive and I should not have. My wife and children taught me responsibility because it was the norm of a parent. My volunteer work started being for people in need or in desperate situation. I studied the Constitution and social responsibility at UNH. I was a Marine Sergeant.

A Madbury NH family asked me for help with a zoning issue. The Madbury selectmen were clearly violating the Constitution (in the selectmen’s own words and paper work) to harm this family for personal reasons. Because I volunteered to help this family the United States has turned it’s back on me. Judge Peter Fauver Violated the Constitution to protect the Madbury selectmen. The NH supreme court covered up to protect Fauver. The NH governor and elected officials used the courts and law in an illegal, corrupt way to silence this volunteer. The VA stopped a 100% disabled Veteran’s medical care for political self gain. The News censors the truth from the people..

By all reality I came into this world at the age of 17 after my accident out of boot camp to live in a world that I do not belong. I learned and practiced how to be a good citizen after I killed for all of you. Is it time to ask for help? Whom do you ask? Has the people of the United State of America lost perspective on our Constitution? That only selfish individual U.S. citizen’s self needs matter? I am running for NH district 21 senate. Is the U.S. government, Veteran’s administration, and U.S. citizens telling me that I have come to far and need to commit suicide. How do we know to ask someone? Whom do we ask? The Death of a Veteran, Why

Opinion of the people is the reason the U.S. exists today. I am a disabled Veteran running for District 21 NH state senate. The editors stop my opinion from being published in an out right criminal attempt to silence my words. Newspapers are private enterprises but hold the trust of the people. The unbiased truth is the reason the newspapers are given Constitutional protection. Editors can not claim privileges to protect their enterprises and violate the law and trust of the people by stopping the publics ability to learn whom is running for NH state elected positions. Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor on May 27 wrote and article “He’s making his case, day by day”. This is a truthful unbiased article. I do not care if the editors like my opinion or not. It does not matter if I repeat my opinion or not (over and over). What matters is that the editors do not violate the trust of the people. What matters is in a free election, editors can not use the free press to influence an election for their own reasons.

The Boston Globe in writing asked me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. A VA official at 275 chestnut St Manchester NH asked me to commit suicide or take mind controlling drugs. The NH governor sends the State police to my home to tell me my letters are effecting politics in Concord please commit suicide. Judge Peter Fauver uses the local sheriff to detain me for personal reasons. This morning, I sank so low while at Young’s Restaurant “GOD” did I want to die. A few seconds later I was reading the paper and drinking my coffee and fine again. I was back in the “Bush” sticking my bayonet in a child’s gut. Should newspapers have the uncontrolled freedom to destroy a disabled veteran and not print the Veteran’s opinion.

The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to harm local residents the selectmen want out of Madbury. Judge Fauver criminally violated the Constitution to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. The NH Supreme Court covered up Fauver’s criminal acts to protect the NH legal empire. Elected officials in Concord NH use government powers to control and Violate the public’s Constitutional guaranteed rights. Editors limiting the opinion of the people diminish the Constitution to a worthless piece of paper. I can write such a clear and alarming letter with out fear of legal public action against me because “Truth is a powerful weapon”

Veteran’s Medical Care in NH 7-15-08

I saw Doctor Dan my VA Psy today. I had told Dr Dan when he called to make the appointment with me that I was not seeing the VA for my care anymore. I assume that the VA is just using Dr Dan to show a paper trail that I am receiving care to cover up the VA‘s illegal acts. He called again a week later. I forgot that I was not seeing the VA any more and confirmed the appointment. I told Dr Dan that I questioned why and was intrigued? The VA has done every thing possible to cause me harm, why would he put his job on the line for any veteran’s care unless it was ordered by his superiors? (That was my why), but Dr Dan is a unique individual. You can tell when you meet someone that does care and wants to do everything possible to help. This is Dr Dan! This is why I am intrigued with Dr Dan. I want the VA and everyone to know what I talked to Dr Dan about? I believe, that since I am running for NH State Senate District 21 the people have a right to know. I am honest with Dr Dan as I am with all of you. The newspapers censor my words (as they must believe) to protect society from someone like me. I described to Dr Dan about how some little event (at any time of the day) can trigger hidden thoughts that I did as a U.S. Marine. I told about my serious head and back pain. I described how I help people every day and disregard the pain because I do not want my disabilities to control my life. That I would rather suffer in pain than sit and let the world pass. My volunteer to help others is my paying back those Veterans over the history of the U.S. that gave for our freedom. I emphasized that I feel no guilt for what I did, but society back here has no reality to conceive unless they had been living in such putrid conditions and did what we did. Dr Dan stated that he had never been there and that he can not conceive it but by talking and treating so many WWII, Korean, Vietnam, Gulf War and many other veterans he does understand. “Understands that he does not know” but has built a sense to feel the emotions and gravity by hearing the same description from each that he treats. Can you feel or see what I do, in Dr Dan? The intrigue, question why?

Dr. Dan is worried about my suicide. His VA superiors, the NH governor, the police and many others hope it is soon. I told and Dan understands my suicide is thought about all the time by me. You or any one else can not understand what it is like to be dropped into a world with no memory from an accident in the MC. (TBI). Most people have a foundation that their thoughts (over years of learning) develop from. I came home from a place where killing was the first and last thought on your mind each day. I came home from a place where you gave or took orders. Where the mission was the only means to survive for. I crashed in a C-117, was blown off a runway, broke my back during a Vietnam Offensive, killed a child with a bayonet to get my M-16 back and escape, survived eight convoys as an American Advisor deep into the “Bush”, had a bullet pass with in inches of my head and watch the out house that I just exited be blown up by enemy mortar fire. Then one day I was back in “round eyed” country as a civilian. I did not understand the people. I had no social skills. I was lost in a world that I did not belong. Other than controlling my mind with VA drugs, I must live with what I have and be happy. The VA stopped my medical care other than Dr Dan. I should think that the newspapers would want the individuals to know whom is running for District 21 NH senate. Should not the citizens be informed about my candidacy? I am running for NH State elected position. Let the people decide on my efforts to bring elected responsibility back to the people where it belongs. I wrote a letter about handicapped parking spaces being illegally occupied and the police ignoring it. Better yet the police making a joke about my letters which spell out crimes by government officials. The Police; I bet have a pool on when I will commit suicide. That was the inference I got from the police jokes about my letters. I write truthful letters in detail telling of how the Madbury NH selectmen commit crimes against local residents by using government powers in a criminal manner. How Judge Peter Fauver used the power of the NH courts to protect these selectmen’s criminal acts. How the NH supreme court refused to hear a case that questioned the integrity of Judge Fauver. (2003-0477) When a elected official in Concord NH tell a citizen not to write a letter to the editor any more that citizen better obey. I continue to write letters exposing these crimes yet no newspaper will print them. Are my letters vicious? No they are the truth about powerful people harming the public in a criminal manner. Do the Citizens of NH have a right to know I am running for public office with the intent to expose government wrongs.

I disobeyed the power of government over the people so I am declared a terrorist and lost my freedom for 6 months. The State and local police intimidate my family. The local sheriff detains me for the demented pleasure of Judge Fauver. A U.S. congress woman for NH uses the power of the federal government to interfere with my service connected disabilities. I am a 100% disabled Veteran from the Vietnam Conflict. Then when all else fails my VA medical is stopped. About 5 months latter it is started again but it is sub-standard and limited. It is started so that the record shows that I am receiving it. That is all. I have four separate disabilities from my time in the Marine Corps. The VA suicide hotline continuously calls my house to invoke my suicide. They send the local police to see that my family pressure is mounted.

I can write a letter like this describing criminal acts to harm a 100% disabled Veteran and no one will confront these crimes. If I am a nut, print my letters and let the people know whom I am. If what I say is the truth (and it is) we as a nation have serious problems that need to be confronted. Let the people decide.

I live every day with what I did as a U.S. Marine. Can you imagine being safe in bed on a base in Japan one minute. A superior wakes you up and a few hours latter you exit a plane then chopper and you are laying silently on the side of a path and the people passing you do not speak English. I was picked for these missions to aid someone else because I was small and I had no short term memory from an accident. I was trained to complete my mission at all costs and I would. I was a puppet that followed orders like they were carved in stone. I could not remember what I did so there was no fear that I would expose the mission later. A small event in my daily life today can trigger one of these memories and I relive these socially unacceptable horrors daily.

Should the citizen’s of the United States be informed of my candidacy or do powerful officials have the power to only allow people they want to be elected.

Lee USA Race Track. 7-13-08

Friday night races at the USA Race Track in Lee NH had an eighteen wheel water truck parked across the Handicapped parking spots all night. I complained to the police and they tried to get the truck moved but it seems that the engine was dead. Even if the race track was not in use when the truck was stopped, never should the driver have parked in a handicapped spot. Never mind across 6 spots. The funny thing at the race track was that my letters are defiantly getting around the Police departments. Cops from many different towns patrol the track during race night. As the night went on I got several questionable remarks from police about how long before I kill my self. I laughed them all off with the comment not on race night. These people’s job, it is to protect and serve, must have noticed the eighteen wheeler in the handicapped spot before I complained. The death of a 100% disabled Veteran shows the concern the police have about the crimes my letters illustrate each day. What has happen, even the Handicapped are not worth the effort to protect and serve unless it is to the advantage of the finest??

I have violated no laws. The Veteran’s suicide hotline uses the police to harass me into suicide. The Police believe I am making to much work for them, so they make a joke out of my situation. How do they believe my family feels when the police knock on the door asking if I am dead yet. I volunteer to help others. I have violated no laws. I am 100% combat related handicapped Veteran. My VA medical care was stopped for the political self gain of individual government persons. Judge Peter Fauver violated the law criminally to harm U.S. citizens to protect the political image of the Madbury NH selectmen. The Madbury government destroys local residents that the selectmen do not want in their town. The Courts are used to protect these criminals. I volunteer to help fellow American citizens and I lose my Constitutional rights and medical care. The newspapers have so much contempt for this disabled veteran they will not print my letters. I am running for District 21 NH state senate and the newspapers refuse to print my platform. Is this the USA that I gave my life for as a 17 year old.

Does this letter sound to fantastic to be true. It was only and eighteen wheel truck so what is the harm. It is only the life of a disabled Veteran. He is a burden to society. Tax dollars wasted on Veteran’s could go to a better use for political pet projects any how. To protect and serve handicapped people can take up to much time for the local police, so lets give them the authority to pick and choose whom they serve. “WHAT THE HELL ARE WE FIGHTING FOR, NEXT STOP IS VIETNAM”

Do people in government drive citizen’s Psychotic to prove that what this official is doing was right. Government is here to serve the people. To make the public follow erroneous steps to only get to the next step for help, from the government is wrong. For government officials to violate the law to harm citizens can not be allowed to happen. For newspapers to censor the truth to cover up wrongs in government can not be tolerated. Now we have Chip on (Fox 25 blog) pretending to be a VA official or have friends that are allowing him to see a 100% disabled Veterans file to discredit this 100% disabled Veteran. The blog is a place allowing people to send out messages. Some of you may not like my message. I volunteer every day to help others. If I was in-sane or a criminal as the government and VA would like you to believe helping other people would not be my norm. The NH governor Lynch charge me $200 dollars to speak with him, then he stiffed me. I followed every legal channel to correct the wrongs in government only to be denied. I even went with a “Redress of Grievances” (which is a Constitutional right) only to be denied.

I came home with 4 separate disabilities, some combat related. I have violated no laws. I have clearly demonstrated over the years that a peaceful, legal, non-violent, acts will be the only way I will expose the wrongs in government.

I every day witness the child that while on convoy deep in the “Bush” stuck my bayonet in and killed, to escape and get my m-16 back. I did many socially wrong things while I served this country. The VA stopped my medical care because of political reasons. It was started again but it is limited and substandard. I did not refuse care. I refused to let the director (a non-medical person) to put me in a drug induced state for the rest of my life. This letter is very clear and completely truth full. The VA, newspapers and government officials do not like it because it tarnishes their image. This letter exposes criminal government acts and the news media’s attempt to cover up wrongs.

I will not commit a violent criminal act because I will not tarnish (over the history of the United States of America) what Veterans gave for your freedom. Our lives.

Hippocrates’s or ethical blunder. This is the question that everyone should be asking. I am running for District 21 NH senate and the news refuses to print my opinion letters. Does the public have a right to know how I think? How can any newspapers give classes on the Constitution when they have lost sight of what it means. The Constitution is not there to protect government or editors. The Constitution is their to protect the people’s rights from government abuse. What is the Loeb school of journalism going to teach if (they them selves) the constitution lost is meaning and function?

I have clearly stated in many letters crimes committed by editors, NH government officials and VA personal. Judge Peter Fauver is a criminal that violated the constitution intentionally to harm other NH citizens. The Madbury selectmen protected by Fauver’s crimes discriminate and harm residents they are seeking revenge against. I put it in writing and my letters are published on blogs, plus I send them to the judges and government officials. Newspaper, liability does not exist. The truth will win. These Government officials have committed crimes to stop my letters to the editor. I am 100% disabled Veteran and they stopped my medical care to stop my letters. The crimes have mounted to an outrageous number. The biggest crime is to you the public. I have committed no crimes. I volunteer my time every day to help others. I am running for District 21 NH senate and newspapers censor my platform from you the public. Readers on the Fox 25 and many other blogs question why I do not get medical help. The VA-NH director stopped my VA medical care for political gain. The NH governor refuses to speak with me and sends the State Police to my home to tell me suicide would be preferred before another letter. NH governor Lynch charged me $200 dollars to speak with him and stiffed me. The local sheriff detains me as harassment for Judge Fauver’s enjoyment. The Boston Globe tells me in writing to commit suicide before sending another letter to the editor. A newspaper violates the Constitution and no newspaper will tell on their comrade. Another Blue code of silence that diminishes the Constitution.

You have to ask how the Loeb school of journalism can teach ethics when they have lost the ethical foundation that the news was given Constitutional protection for>

Hippocrates or ethical blunders such as this can not be allowed to happen. It is every newspapers responsibility to print the truth even if it discredits one of your own.

Can you imagine the need to be truthful. A Veteran thinks about suicide. I think ever day about taking my own life. So much at this very moment . I get a kick out of those few e-mails that I get, questioning my sanity. Lay the guilt on me, a person that writes about suicide so much can not have any compassion for any other people, some say. I do not ask sympathy or pity from any one. I stand on my own two feet and believe in what I learned as a U.S. Marine with total amnesia. This person with no compassion volunteers every single day to help others. I give my life to make the United States better because I do not want to see what other Military personal gave their lives for to be in vain. You that never served mock me. That is ok because that is what Veterans gave their lives for. “Freedom” Can you imagine giving your life for people you never met or will ever know, children not born yet. My memory starts at 17 when I woke up in a military hospital. I have no child hood memories.

Yesterday and today have been so filled with pain and confusion. I have no idea which end is up. I like doctor Dan because he illustrated that people really care about veterans and their welfare. I can no longer talk to Dr Dan because I feel that the VA is using him to cover up the record that my medical care has been stopped. This is a crime of the highest magnitude. People tell me that I keep repeating what has already been said. If it has been said and no one does anything about it, what is wrong? Did I grow as a U.S. Marine to come home to a country that stands for some thing different than what I gave my life for. Can you imagine telling the truth and having every one mock you. Can you imagine running for public office and have the newspapers and other elected officials so scared that I might win that they keep the public from learning my platform. Is what I learned to believe (We the People) about the U.S. fictional? Can you imagine coming home to a country with serious disabilities from fighting for your country only to have medical care stopped because Editors, VA personal and elected officials want to stop your letters to the editor. These are criminal acts committed by the authority we give our trust too. You the people are so afraid to speak up that they will some day dominate the U.S.

Imagine the news media has a reason for protecting people with power to allow a few to dominate. I believe the news was given constitutional protection to allow the people a means to correct the wrongs in government. The news tells you that I am dangerous. That is their belief. The news has no reason or ethical choice to print their belief’s with out proof. Can you imagine that I gave my life for you and you do not even care. My life has nothing to do with it. Think of your children going of to war or a conflict giving their lives for an abstract meaning that does not Exist. Can you imagine the truth when it is your child giving so much for people that have no compassion.

The truth is so powerful that editors and government officials must violate every meaning that the United States of America was built on to stop my being elected. Imagine the truth can be so powerful, that a criminal state is born. You have no idea what I did as a U.S. Marine. Veteran’s do it for you. The truth is (to kill is the first thought on a Marines mind every day) can you imagine?

Veterans Suicide Hotline is a dangerous government image to waste tax dollars and harm the Veteran. The theory behind the program is admirable, but the purpose is not to help the Veteran, it is to make some elected official look good. I read in the paper today that a Veteran’s family was worried because a veteran was in distress and depressed because of Flash-backs. The family tried to call the VA suicide hotline only to be caught in the maze of telephone transfers between government computers. If one does get through a phone person that has never been their (silent demons of WAR) will try to convince the person that he needs help.

Where have we come, as a Nation. The Men and Woman that preserve our freedom and protect and defend our Constitution have become political wedges to aid in elections only. The biggest offenders is the newspapers. Given Constitutional protection these vehicles of freedom print not to inform the readers but to in-rage people because that sell more papers. The Boston Globe wrote me and told me to commit suicide before writing another letter to the editor. No newspaper, even the Boston Globe will print my letters. The Veterans Administration is using the VA suicide hotline to inflict distress in my life so that I will commit suicide. The Person in charge of the NH Veteran’s Administration told me to commit suicide if I will not take personality control medication. The NH state police come to my home and tell me that my letters are causing problems in Concord that the governor would prefer that I commit suicide. I have a VA Dr of Psy. Dr Dan that I respect. This man puts his full effort and more to helping Veterans. I told Dr Dan No more seeing him because the VA is using him to fluff up my medical records to cover up that my medical care has stopped. Yes I think about suicide every day. I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with the Demons of War in my head.

Veteran’s (WE) gave our lives for the United States of America. My opinion letters are factual and are printed publicly on the web so there is no liability to stop the newspapers from printing them. I am a U.S. military Veteran (100% disabled) running for public office and the Newspapers will not print my platform. Where have be come as a Nation.

Yes I have dreamed of suicide every day since I realized that I came back to a country that I do not belong. Yesterday I was in so much pain, (in my back, head and legs) and my head could not stop seeing what I did as a U.S. Marine. You do not think Reality tells me that suicide would be the best answer. Many trusted Public officials (people we trust) have criminally violated the law. I have no place to go. The newspapers have stereotyped me (such a bad person) even my friends question my being associated with them. I volunteer every day to help others. I did for over 20 something years volunteered in schools across the state. The Newspapers and NH government took that away by under the Patriot Act declaring me a terrorist and the newspapers inflating the story. They never printed that the bogus charges were dropped after I lost my freedom for 6 months. The VA suicide hotline is a vehicle used by elected officials for their own demented reasons. I do not question the sincerity of the people working the hot lines, just like, I could never question VA personal such as Dr Dan. We now live in a nation where so few make the majority fear full of retaliation from the people that we trust.

NH Free state project Gun Fire 7-7-08

The explosive percussion of rapid fire filled the air yesterday. The memory of sitting on the side of a runway and watching the night sky light up as the planes we launched earlier, bombed North Vietnam. The air filled with the distance sound of the percussion from the explosive ordinance. The memory of a bullet in some isolated Marine base passing with in inches of my head from sniper fire or the mortar round exploding on the out house that I departed seconds earlier. The tracers lighting up the air around me as a Marine Patrol in-counters VC jumping the wire. The sharp explosive crack from the M-16 sobers my head back to reality. All this from my attending a NH free state project picnic yesterday.

I had no idea what the NH Free state project was but I was invited so I went. People should take the time to understand what it is. I met the nicest people from all over the United States moving to NH to help the U.S. Caring people that love this country so much they gave up their homes and home states to make the U.S. better for all. This picnic was a display of Patriotism by American citizens which would make our founding fathers proud. The free staters are people just like you and I that spend their free time to make government work for the people. Many groups with different projects with many disagreements but the unique ability to communicate with out anger. Each person I talked with could express their ideas and took the time to listen to others. My impression of the Free Staters from what the government told us that they were a danger. I now know different. These are average U.S. citizens that care.

The display of gun power at this picnic; I have not seen since leaving the Marine Corps in 74. These are people that like to recreate with guns. I hope by my attending, these Patriots now know that I am a danger to no one. I believe in the peace full citizens right to correct the wrongs in government with out elected officials using the trusted powers for their demented acts of retaliation. The gun fire brought back many memories last night. Senator Obama said it best in his Patriotism article. “We can tuck in our children at night and know that they are fed and clothed and safe from harm”. The display of gun power and my memories along with Obama demonstrated that the 89 percent of the U.S. citizen’s that never served in our military have no idea? I came back to a country that I do not belong. My memory of acts committed as a U.S. Marine, 89 percent of you condemn Veterans for. We are the children that went of to a conflict or war and came back as something you can not accept. The Free States made me proud to be a U.S. citizen because this showed me what Veterans do is not in Vain. The explosive percussion of rapid fire could some day be on U.S. shores if it is not for the Patriotism of Veterans and People Like the Free Staters. God Bless America

Two equal sides to Patriotism told by two different but equal U.S. Citizens. One see Patriotism as something in the gut, the other views it by the history of the Veteran. One sees it as remembering child hood history and memory of historical events witnessed by him with is family. The other see it as putting the country first, before party or personal ambition before anything that all people share the responsibility of freedom. One person gets his message by listening to Veterans, knowing through personal experiences of risking everything to sacrifice for the privilege to be an American. The other by way of his grandfather’s pride in serving-a country where we have the unparalleled freedom to pursue our dreams. One defines Patriotism as A faith In simple dreams, an insistence on small miracles. We can tuck in our children at night and know that they are fed and clothed and safe from harm. We can say and write what we think, without hearing a sudden knock on the door. We can have an idea and start our own businesses without paying a bribe. In American anything is possible. The other see America as a place where two sides can disagree on public issues, argue, fight and still be friends the next moment. A place where any one can express an idea with out fear of retribution from a higher authority. A place where love of liberty and self-reliance still check the excesses of both government and man. One understands that only in America can a half white-black man achieve such success and travel as far as his energy and talents will take him. The other understands we must all be good citizens in public office or in the community. That we should all argue with each other as did Adams and Jefferson (our founding fathers) about politics and policy but remain friends after.

Both these men Obama and McCain have told the true meaning of how they view Patriotism. This is what makes the United States the greatest nation in the world. One see Patriotism from the view of the eighty-nine percent enjoying freedom. The other sacrificed his life for that freedom. Veteran’s can no longer be treated as second class citizens.

I like and admire both of these men. I wish that I could vote for both of these men. Patriotism to me is the sacrifice every person that ever serviced in our military or fought for the United States of American, in politics or uniform. Patriotism is to love a country where you will give everything for people that you do not even know. People that may not even be born yet.

Fourth of July meaning 7-03-08

We celebrate the 4^th of July but do we understand the meaning the day in our history stands for. The start of a nation where the people’s rights must above all cost be administered equally and never be diminished for the government’s advantage. People write saying that I must get over my anger. People tell me that I am crazy. People believe in what I am fighting for but refuse to help for fear of government retribution. I am running for District 21 NH state senate. The newspapers (because they call themselves a private business) refuse to inform the readers of my platform. Hypocritical that the news media that waves the Constitution in our faces when it is to their advantage would violate it now. Should we learn the reason to celebrate first?

I may not be the brightest person in the world. This so called angry, crazy person volunteers every day to help others. I volunteer to teach your children across the state. I volunteer to help strangers on the street. I volunteer because I love the U.S. and I want to say thank you for allowing this 100% service connected disabled veteran to come home. We have serious problems in our government. No one will speak up against these wrongs because of fear. Look what they are doing to me.

I volunteer to help a Madbury NH family where the town selectmen violate the law for personal revenge to inflict harm on local residents. Judge Peter Fauver violates the constitution knowingly to protect the selectmen’s illegal acts. The NH supreme Court refuses to hear a case as a cover up to protect the legal empire. Elected officials see no political advantage to questioning the judicial branch of government. The NH government declares me a terrorist and takes my freedom for 6 months before dropping the charges. The Veteran’s administration stops my VA medical care for my three service disabilities. Two disabilities came from separate combat missions. Law enforcement is used to intimidate and scare my family to stop my letters to the editor. The Newspapers refuse to print my letters because they question the illegal acts committed by government personal. Does the 4^th of July have a meaning or just a day to celebrate.

President Bush sends the secret service from DC to intimidate me. NH gov. Lynch sends the State police to scare me. Fauver sends the sheriff to intimidate me. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to invoke suicide Is this the country and Government that Veterans give their life’s to protect? I am not angry, crazy, what I am is questioning why I wanted to come home to a country that I do not belong. A 17 year old child joined the Marine Corps to fight for the meaning of the Forth of July, only to need to die because what he gave his live for no longer exists. The people have lost the meaning that the Forth of July stands for. We now celebrate the 4^th just to have a day off to party. I am running for District 21 New Hampshire State Senate. This letter is the meaning of the Forth of July because I am a United States Marine willing to stand before the entire United States and tell you what we gave our lives for.

The Boston Globe (In writing) tells a reader that the readers suicide would be better than this reader sending another letter to the editor to the newspaper. First of all in my opinion this is an illegal act. To tell a 100% disabled Veteran to kill himself. Second the Constitution, protected newspapers purposely to give the colonist a manner to publicly expose wrongs in government to stop totalitarianism. Third the ethical and moral harm this act has on the newspaper industry’s public image seems to criminally warrant all media censor ship of this Veteran‘s turmoil. Then for the Boston Globe not to print the readers response for the public to be informed is ludicrous. Now for other newspapers across the U.S. to knowingly aid the Boston Globe’s infringement on the public’s rights to know is the most outrageous crime possible.

Judge Peter Fauver criminally violated the Law and Constitution to protect the Madbury NH selectmen’s criminal activity. The Madbury NH selectmen use government powers to harm local residents the selectmen do not like. I volunteer my time to help this family and NH declares me a terrorist and takes my freedom for 6 months. The charges are dropped. A NH, U.S. congress woman uses government powers to interfere with my Military medical conditions to stop my letters. The VA stops my medical care for political self gain. The NH state police harass my family and suggest that I commit suicide because my letters are “over whelming the system in Concord”. Judge Fauver uses the Sheriff to harass me to stop my letters about him. The VA suicide hotline harass me to commit suicide. The VA uses the local police to harass me into suicide. The Dover NH police arrest me to aid a NH Congress woman criminal acts. I have violated no laws. The NH government, VA, Police, Sheriff and others have violated many laws to cover up the crimes of Judge Fauver and the Madbury selectmen.

I came back from the Vietnam Conflict with the relentless memories of the acts I committed for the freedom that the U.S. citizens enjoy. You that enjoy the freedoms Veterans give you can not understand every second of ever day, I need to die for what I did and I want to live all at the same time. Don’t tell me that I need help. From where” Most if not all doctors get deferments to attend school. Most that have been “in country” never killed or destroyed in the name of freedom. The VA wants my suicide and has stopped my medical care any how, so where do I get help. The courts, government and others are pushing for my suicide. The Boston Globe has the balls to push for my suicide in writing. I should (as many Veterans) never have come home to a country that we do not belong. “What are we fighting for, next stop is Vietnam”.

Trust the Government? Serve the people? Justice in our courts? Three powerful questions that have lost there meaning. People are afraid of losing every thing if they question government officials. Government officials have turned their positions to serve the people into positions of power to control the people. Elected officials to build a better image in the public eye try only to please those that have influence to get them re-elected. Judges rain dominance over the public by manipulating justice to serve their own demented purpose. The justice system has made rules and laws to place the courtroom justice out of financial reach of the average American citizen. Political control sways justice to the side in power at the time. Newspapers have lost the reason the free press was established. Public opinion now is edited and censored to reflect the newspapers point of view. Are we allowed to question why?

I have filed criminal complaints with the courts on Judge Peter Fauver’s criminal violations of our Constitution to harm individuals. The courts white wash them. I have filed criminal complaints against the Veterans Administration. I am a disabled Veteran that has had his medical care interfered with and stopped for political self gain, only to be ignored. The NH governor uses the state police to harass my family and suggest that I commit suicide. The VA suicide hotline uses the local police to harass me to commit suicide. The Boston Globe tells me in writing to commit suicide. Is my death necessary? Judge Fauver uses the Strafford county sheriff to harass me to stop my letters to the editor. The newspapers write biased articles to sway the public opinion against me. One newspaper had the balls to print the truth and is ignored by all the others. People believe what they want.. I received three serious disabling injuries while I served in the U.S. Marine Corps. I came home from a conflict to a country that I did not know or belong in. I have not violated the law, but I volunteer every day since I came home (in 1974) to help other people. Beware, people! The government can not be trusted. People no longer serve (that fill the government positions) they dominate. Justice in our courts is only for those that can influence the verdict or money to lose.

I am running for District 21 NH state senate. My letters inform the voters what I will do when I get elected. My opinion letters (by law) newspapers are required to print to inform the voters. The Biased news works with the government to stop me. We the People are what the United States of America is, let us take back the government and get justice.

Ray Duckler of the Concord Monitor (at cmonitor.com) wrote an article on May 28, 08 that confirmed what I have been saying. Ray did an excellent job of research and told both sides of the news with out injecting his own opinion. Ray confirmed that I was a veteran and that I volunteer to help others. Ray and the Concord Monitor, I praise for doing such a good job for it’s readers but why did they stop. They spent a lot of money on the research on confirming the truth. I know that their newspaper is just a local Concord area but many people read the C-Monitor from the seacoast to the mountains. I send them a copy of my daily letters yet even their readers are deprived of the opinion of a NH resident. My letters are very damaging, but the damage is to those that deserve to be exposed for what they are doing to our Constitution and State. The Fact is that there is no legal, public way for these government officials and judges to stop my telling the truth. These criminal officials and judges have the upper hand because the news refuses to print my opinion letters. These trusted public officials violate the law to stop me.

The people of the State should be outraged to learn that the Madbury selectmen use government powers to harm local residents that they do not like. NH residents should be more inflamed to learn that Judge Peter Fauver used judicial powers to cover up the Madbury crimes against the people. The NH Supreme court and governor covering up the crimes because of the impact that exposing these crimes will have on the judicial branch of government. The news media censoring the public from learning about the wrongs being committed by our government personal and judges is outrageous.

NH took a 100% disabled Veteran that for 30 something years volunteers every day to help others, and took my freedom, money, health and much more to stop me. Shea-Porter and the VA interfered with my VA health care. Crimes by government personal and judges to stop a veteran’s free speech and the news censors it.

The newspapers and media are so biased that they announce others running for NH State Senate seats yet refuse to tell people about me. To show the biased the Boston Globe told me to commit suicide. I have violated no laws. I give to make life better for others. I am running for district 21 senate seat shouldn’t the people have the choice. I have written letters about my platform and what my reasons for running are, yet the news refuses to print them.

I am not violent or do I violate the law. I speak the truth openly and with out fear of what those with power will do to me. Trust me those with power do criminally violate the law to stop me. I honestly believe the Concord Monitor was on the way to making other news media realize that We the People is what the United States is all about.

I came home from the Vietnam Conflict a 100% disabled Veteran. Should the State of New Hampshire be allowed to strip me of my Constitutional rights because I freely and openly speak the truth. I give my life to making the United States of America better for the people not the dominant ones. The news media must realize the truth will come out, with or with out the newspaper ethical, moral obligation to print it.
